How to remove several photos in Photos?

This program is driving me crazy!

(1) I want to delete a whole bunch of pictures. But he let me only to remove it at once.  This would take hours.  I try to select several and then remove and it beeps just to me.  There MUST be a way to do this or this is a serious bug.

(2) when I import all the new photos from my iPhone, I get more than I want to keep.  I have change the imported after you import photos by removing those that I don't want in my computer.  Then the next time that I plug in my phone, it shows all the ones I deleted not imported.  I don't want to import them again and I don't want to do so as new every time.  What is the solution to this?

I use icloud photos with multiple devices, including an iPhone 4, iPad, Macbook pro and two PC.

My icloud library is too large, with many duplicates (same photo taken several times) and many photos, I don't want to keep.

Deleting photos in the library using the icloud library is a slow and tedious process.  I can remove only one at a time, each time takes 20 seconds or more, even with Internet broadband.

How can I select and delete several photos at once?

    Hello rhwolfson,

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple!

Looks like you want to be able to remove several photos icloud photo library at the same time.  I will do my best to help find a solution for you.

To delete multiple photos, the easiest method is to sign in iCloud.com on one of the computers you listed.  Once logged in, click on the photos icon.  When you are in the view 'Moments', you should see "Select of Photos" at the top right of the browser window. Click on 'Select Photos'.  You should now be able to select multiple photos and then click on the "Remove" button that appears.  This should allow you to delete several photos at the same time.

  • synchronization problem, and how to remove several photos

I just got my rocket. Nice toy. When I synced everything first it to my computer it put all my photos, videos and music on it, that I don't want. Can't see how to control this in the manual. Also now I have a ton of stuff on my camera, I want off the coast. How can I achieve this quickly. So I need to know how to synchronize only the files that I want on the device and get rid of those I want offshore (without deleting them one at a time).  Thanks for any help.

without the "rocket" connected, go to the settings/options of WMP and change it from him is the default setting for auto-sync top of page manual synchronization. Therefore, you will have to decide what is synchronized and is not.

To remove the other files, open Explorer or my computer and delete them from there.

One at a time, you must do it manually on the device itself.  Either open the file (song, photo, etc.), press the key to scroll to options and click on delete.

Unfortunately, you can only batch with commands in the option "treat multiple files" of the editor or the 'Export' one in the Organizer. Action would be able to combine several orders for a single file, but do not use the command given on a lot. You would need a script for this.

The two new orders to 14 elements (haze removal and shake reduction) can be very effective, but they can also produce strange artifacts... Their use in the batch may be undesirable.

I recommend the following solution to improve lots of files needing to increase the local contrast:

If you work with raw files, open a small batch of files from the Organizer in the ACR module. Use the cursor to 'clarity' to all files in the batch and add some sharpness.

If you work with JPEG files, use the editor and choose "open in camera raw" option for your batch chosen files from the file.

Who should provide a good improvement to most of your files. You can use two new orders than in the pictures with the specific defects:

-shake (common with telephoto lenses) removal

-mist removal (not only haze, but images softened with "flare")

  • How to transfer several photos from one folder to another

I want to delete a number of photos in my folder and then transfer some blocks of them to other folders to better organize. I know how to remove one at a time, but I don't know how to highlight a bunch of them for moving.  They are coming up with numbers, like 079, 080, 081 etc but not on a list where I can highlight.  I also want to do the same with several short videos I have.  By the way, I have transferred all this media from my iphone / ipad and everything came automatically - that is why I need now to separate and organize especially if I want to send copies to parents and friends.

  • How to remove synced photos from computer to phone?

I used to sync my photos to the folder 'Images' from my computer to my phone.  I now want it to stop because there are thousands of photos and they occupy too much space.  I unchecked the box for synchronize photos from my computer to my iPhone, told to remove the images and then sync my iPhone again.  The photos are still there and I don't have the option to delete them on my phone.  How can I get them out of my phone?

Create an empty folder on your computer and delete the Photos. It doesn't really matter what you name, but this will make it easy to find. Connect the phone to the computer, start iTunes, select your phone under the devices icon, then click the photos tab. In the Photos of the copy from drop-down menu, select the empty picture called delete Photos. Click on apply in the lower right of iTunes and let the phone synchronization.

See if that removes the photos.

  • How to remove the photos from the event?

My IMac says that the tax Turbo I download only readable and said that not enough volume, what should I do?

is the pictures I imported my camera take too much space? These photos to receive in the event and the Photos, so I need to delete the event, please tell me how to remove these pictures, thank you.

    You use iPhoto for Mac?

'Photos' and 'Events' are to show you the same pictures, but differently.  They are no duplicates, but only different ways to access the same pictures.

If you remove a photo of 'Events', it will be completely removed from your iPhoto library and the photo will be lost. The facts prove the pictures grouped by the import session, and 'Photos' show you the same photos as a continuous stream.

If you need to liberate storage, consider moving the iPhoto library on an external drive, to have more storage for your photos.

  • How to remove a photo from an album shared iCloud without remove it from the camera

    Hello

I use an iPhone with iOS 9.2.1 6s

I'm trying to remove some photos in an album of iCloud shared with my sister, but every time I clear a photo she it removes also of my camera.

I want to keep the image on my phone that I don't want the image in the shared folder over.

How can I remove the album image, but still keep it on my phone?

All I can think is that you're doing (or do not do, if any) something different from what you think you are. Photos in the camera are not the same as those in a shared album photos, they are 2 separate elements, a delete will not delete both.

Make sure the photo you want to delete is actually in a shared album and not the album photo streams, make sure of one) have a camera and b) is where you want the other image.

Windows 7 photo gallery is a useless program! How to remove it? Delete won't work! or uninstall it.

Windows 7 does not come with a built-in Photo Gallery.  It is an optional installation as part of the Windows Live programs that you can get from http://get.live.com.  In your add/remove programs list, look for Windows Live Essentials, and it will offer you the programs you want to remove (Messenger, Mail, Photo Gallery, Movie Maker, etc.).
