  In Windows Vista and later versions, you can change the background by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting the "Customize" option and then click the option 'wallpaper' and there you can apply your wallpaper desired by selecting the image using the button 'Browse' or by selecting an image from the given list.

  What you wrote, it seems that you are in the scene of Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 workspace.

  There may be a preflight script to remove the image, but it could get rid of all the images. You can also use the tool object editing (or the new name I forget) to select the background image and delete it. You'd have to do on each page.

  in any case, the .css file and the file .js (CPLibraryAll.css and CPM.js) are the best ways to get around the limitations of Captivate. If you have some knowledge of coding, you should definitely check them.

  This file is probably still open by the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service . To stop this service, open a command prompt, type net stop wmpnetworksvc and press ENTER. Then, you should be able to delete the file. Tim Baets

  Possibility is-this-the same software you used to download is using the file of/outfit. Few options:

  1 try closing all believing or tools that you used to download the file. Also, close all players or Windows Media players and try to remove

  The problem you are having is because your size canvas extends outside your content area. You can get rid of that extra space by using the Cropping tool to 'cut' empty them the area around your image:

  

  If you click enabled, the crop tool should automatically align with the edges of your object. You can activate the alignment by going to view > Snap:
