  Looks like you want to be able to remove several photos icloud photo library at the same time.  I will do my best to help find a solution for you.

  To delete multiple photos, the easiest method is to sign in iCloud.com on one of the computers you listed.  Once logged in, click on the photos icon.  When you are in the view 'Moments', you should see "Select of Photos" at the top right of the browser window. Click on 'Select Photos'.  You should now be able to select multiple photos and then click on the "Remove" button that appears.  This should allow you to delete several photos at the same time.

  Create an empty folder on your computer and delete the Photos. It doesn't really matter what you name, but this will make it easy to find. In the Photos of the copy from drop-down menu, select the empty picture called delete Photos. Click on apply in the lower right of iTunes and let the phone synchronization.

  All I can think is that you're doing (or do not do, if any) something different from what you think you are. Photos in the camera are not the same as those in a shared album photos, they are 2 separate elements, a delete will not delete both.

  Make sure the photo you want to delete is actually in a shared album and not the album photo streams, make sure of one) have a camera and b) is where you want the other image.

  I'm assuming that synchronize you your photos on your phone via iTunes, if you have then you would the opposite of this:

  Keep your photos safely stored and updated on all your devices - Apple Support See Synchronize do the opposite of this.
