How to respond to customers? (double billing?)

So, client sends me and told me that he could have been charged twice for an application.

How can I know this info? And if we do not have access to this information, what should I tell the customer to do?

    1. I'm trying to understand why in the world they would even charge me a cancellation fee when I was clearly NOT cancellation of an account, just to make a change, which was made according to the way which they charged me and, of course, who they do not now recognize?

    2. How can I reload the same exact account for exactly the same product with activation of the said product as a single computer, and no other user (not to mention that I just used the product)?

    It is not possible to downgrade a full membership of creative Cloud to a single application, that's why you have currently 2 active members.

    I cancelled the full membership and processed payments for costs in October and November.

    We have encountered a problem using the incoming e-mail. (RP08 V9.0)

    It seems that when an incoming e-mail message is processed, he tries to associate with a customer by matching the email address.  If it cannot find a match with the email, a new customer is created.  In our case with this client, they have something like 20,000 customers, but few have corporate e-mail addresses and they are employees of causality.

    "Hello World"' how are you?

    Double quotes can only be added as is;
    ' hello "world" how are you?

    I've just set up a server 10.11 with Server.app version 5.0.15 to act as a provisioning server caching to provide updates to the clients Mac (no iOS device).
