How to rotate image in the image

I have a photo in the photo and I want to rotate the video at the top of the page.  I figured out how to rotate 90 degrees, but I'm not straight to the top and bottom.  I would like to run as 45 degrees, so that it is at a different angle than the background video.  Is there a way to do this?  Or it will turn only in increments of 90 degrees?  (I posted this in the wrong section before, so I hope it's the right place now.)

Here is my answer to this question, asked in the Sub-forum tips & tricks. If anyone has comments about my method, or better, please add.

Welcoome to the forum.

Unfortunately, you have posted on the forum tips & tricks, which is a repository for articles about how to do things in the pre and PrPro, and few will see your message here. I hope that our untiring MOD, Steve Grisetti, move the post to the main forum.

As for the Rotation, one of the effects of fixed movement, as the scale and Position you can use first the digital box (on the far right in the effects > edit effects (effects Control Panel) and click and then type a value, or click-scrub to change the value.) It will be static for your PiP Clip.

If you want to rotate over time, you'll want to Keyframe, the effect of the Rotation and right rotation or make rotate to the left can be chosen. First of all, in front of the query, click the icon "chronometer", and you will then see the chronometers appear for all of the fixed effects. In Rotation, first locate the CTI (current time marker w / Redline edit) on the first frame of your Clip. Click on the stopwatch in addition to Rotation to add the first keyframe. Now, move to the last Frame (hitting PageDn, then a cursor arrow left of the keyboard, which will do for you) and click on the button Add a keyframe on the extreme right of the line of Rotation - looks like a diamond of yen-yang and adjust the value of this key frame. Note: If you want several Rotations beyond 360 degrees, it is possible, and you will first see a 1, then a 2 (for 2 turns).

Good luck and hope that helps.

I have a horizontal bar graph and I want it to have the same form as a pie chart that I as a backdrop.

What I do everything first, it is to rotate the graph (after the converted in an image) at the right angle, depending on where it should be positioned. After that, I use the-> deformation-> Arc to make it fit in the same form as the pie chart. But when I do these processes (in any order) I get a distorted image, with lines describing not concentric lines (not like Ray, I mean).

Problem is that you turn. You could apply the distortion to the horizontal chart, then make a symbol and then turn. Or: create a brush and apply to a curve.

Hai, I am very new in the development of blackberry applications. I need an image that need to be done rotate 360 degrees once only. I see so many references here and I know that there is a thread that discuss it, but I can't find the right one.

    Thanks in advance.

You asked a single rotation - "how to rotate the image only once.

There is no standard API that provides a rotating image permanently using standard features of BlackBerry.

    How to rotate the image

There are several ways to rotate an image in Photoshop.

As mentioned above, using the Image menu allows you to rotate your entire canvas area. Go to Image > Rotation of Image and select either 180 °, 90 ° CW (clockwise), or 90 ° CCW (the clockwise direction).

In the picture menu, you can also select arbitrary to indicate the exact amount that you want to rotate your image:

You can also use free transform to rotate an image or an individual layer. Go in Edit > transform , then select Rotate. Use the handles that appear around your image to rotate. Note that this method may require you to resize your canvas size to include your entire image (to do this, you can use the Crop function).

  • How can I view and then rotate or crop the images duplicate

My wife has a large photo collection (more than 50,000 images) and created a copy of a hundred photographs to include in a video that I'm trying.

The problem is that I can't host elements to display these images because they are "double images".

I had to go to "display" Location of the folder mode"able to find the directory.  When I did, I noticed the 10 subdirectories had not been imported, so I tried to import them and got this error:

Nothing has been imported.  The files or selected it to import one or more files did not all types of supported files, or the files are already in this catalogue.

I realize they are duplicates, but I want TO see them I can modify them (rotation, cropping, etc).

    (Q) is there a way to get items to 'jump me' to the original photo so that I can rotate or crop the 'original '.  NOTE: I use the Version value function or save my changes as a "new image" altogether.  I think that if it worked, I could create an "Album" that "duplicate" of the photo that my wife gave me and achieve what I have to do.

I am brand new to elements (previously, I used ACDSee and it could do without hassle).  I have heard and read that organizing Elements 9 is much improved, so I wanted to give it a try.

    (Q) elements have a simple checkbox to allow me to work with duplicate images?

    (Q) is the solution to create a different catalog?    I did to work around this problem (for now).

    Also

    (Q) Elements 9, have a way to show all the images in all the files under a given folder?  I found that if I have a directory that contains 10 subdirectories, when I'm in the upper level without images directory are displayed.  In ACDSee, it show me all images in a directory given, including all subdirectories.  Is it possible to do it in Adobe Elements 9?

    Thanks for any help.

The Organizer is not a browser, it's a database: even if he can show the photos in your folder structure, it works only on files that have been 'imported' and listed in the catalogue. It can show your saved photos displayed according to the structure of actual file based on the paths saved with each file present, but you will have problems if a top-level folder is empty.

However, items saved in a catalog cannot be duplicates, and the Organizer prevents duplicates to be registered. There is no simple way to one click to override this constraint, which would mean another database 'key', that is to rename the duplicates, you wish to register.

In practice: since you have to rename duplicates before importing them, you could do this directly in Windows or any other freeware like Faststone photoresizer.

Or you may open these images directly from the Publisher, the navigation in your folder structure.

Imagine you have duplicates in a folder and rename them and import them using only the PES:

-To the editor, use the 'treat multiple files' to export the files in this folder and rename them, e.g. "IMG_0012.jpg" + "dupl" indicating the same destination folder

-Try again "get files and videos ' Organizer.

  • Rotating image affects the location

Following the motion of half picture and place the labels on the curve , I finally got the right of disposal. But the curious thing is, during the rotation of the wheel, the position y control changes.

I initially thought that this could be a similar effect, which could be solved with the setting of the Insert, but it is not true.

My theory is that, as the image is square, square rotated 45 degrees the height is greater. How can I counteract that. I tried to update but translateY property which has no effect.

This is what is happening in your code:

    • He puts the rectangle of dimensions 479 to a group
    • It is changing the rectangle size 200 - the pivot of the scale is Center of the rectangle, then it creates a gap between the position of the Group and the limits of the rectangle in the Group
    • He rotates the rectangle, also around its Center
    • He cuts half group superior to the original size of the rectangle. As the rectangle turned around its Center, it still shows the top half, but also the empty space around it
    • It puts it all in a VBox that sets so that the empty space of the group does not have the space

When the rectangle scale runs, the empty space around it changes its size and that causes the result.

I think what you need is to position and size the clamp so that it clips half the rectangle across the top. Try this code updated to the:

  • How to create a rotating image with links

Hello, I am a novice when it comes to Web design. I created this site for my business...

    www.gomvpsport.com

I was told to create an image of rotation on the home page that performs a cycle 5 images that each have a unique integrated link. I know how to create a rotating image in Flash and publish it in SWF, but it does not work on an iPhone, etc.

I would avoid using Flash, unless there is a new way to export and also if there are unique links for each image (5).

    I use Dreamweaver CS6 on a PC.

In the attached photo, I want that the area within the pink to rotate every five seconds in a loop. And I want that every picture is linked to another url. I have need of before arrows and back or buttons.

    Yes, Flash is dead.

Look at the jQuery plugins.  jQuery works in all devices that support JavaScript.

  • A lot of images. How to select by using the preview window (work area)?

I have 15 images that I put on a background (picture 16) in the style of a collage.  Each image has an adjustment layer bound to her for me to mix an image manually in the next.  This worked fine, but now I have 15 images with rounded edges and I learned how to change them, I hit a problem, that I wasn't expecting.  My planned process is to move these images in a variety of sizes and positions until I got the look I love.    The only way I could work on that's too painful (scrolling up and down my palette of layer until I find the picture i took for target, select the layer, Ctrl + to highlight in the preview window and then move and size).  With 32 layers, it is very tedious.  It makes more sense for me to select in the preview window (even if it means hitting a hotkey multiple times until I select the picture I want to work with).

Maybe I approach the task entirely the wrong way.  I'm willing to try any suggestion.  I like to do this kind of project, and I moved to Adobe because I thought that I could take advantage of its extra power to do a better job.

I am relatively new to PSE 8, but not new for photoediting.  I, are looking for an answer on this forum and the web in general, but can not get close to a solution.  Thanks for your help!

Edit: Using the technique I describe above, when I move to the work area (what I called window preview), the layer I selected off the coast of the Layer palette has a finely dashed around it, there is another area apparently random, highlighted by a blue line and line dotted yet another seemingly random area highlighted with a heavier white.  These hold the key my solution?

To make it more clear what I'm trying to do-, here is a brief description of it: the final result is a print for a friend who was a torch for the relay of the Olympic flame to 13 x 19 inches.  I have a map of Canada with the road on this issue and 15 images are pictures of his 15 minutes of nirvana.  I want to fuss around with transparency, size, rotation, each of the images.  I am very happy with the adjustment layer feature (which allows to paint me with transparency).  the rest, I thought would be easy, but...

Yes, that's the downside of the technique, it's that you need move the brush and gum to get your mask just a clipping mask.

    No way around that.

As far as being able to see what your paint before painting, make a copy of your image layer and put it at the bottom of your layer stack

Then, set its opacity to say 75% or so to be semi-transparent.

Now you can paint on your layer mask to bring your full image. Hide or display the background layer let's you see the result and quickly return the Semitransparent 'outline '.

    See attached screenshot.

  • Get the correct coordinates for a rotated image

    Hi all

I'm trying to get the four coordinates (PMPoint) of a frame of the rotated image.

    PGeometry InterfacePtr < IGeometry > (itemList.GetRef (iCOUNT), IID_IGEOMETRY);
    PMMatrix matrix =: InnerToParentMatrix (pGeometry);
    PMRect rPageItemBoxRect = pGeometry-> GetStrokeBoundingBox (matrix);

When I use LeftTop() on rPageItemBoxRect, I expected to get the true X & Y values at this point are as visible in the palette information.

The LeftTop(). X() is ok, but the LeftTop(). Y() is not the value of Y at this time. It's the highest Y of the frame which is in fact the value of Y for the corner of RightTop.
Similarly, all the values that I receive are false.
The X() gives value to the far left of the image for the LeftTop() and the LeftBottom(), when they are different from the rotated image.
And the X() gives the value at the right for the framework for the RightTop() and the RighBottom(),
Y() give value to the foreground of the frame for LeftTop() and RightTop() and so on.

How can I get the coordinates of the actual area and not to the coordinates of the bounding box, so that I get the good X, the values of Y for the four corners of my frame rotated as I can see them on the palette information.

    Kind regards
    Jasmine Shaikh

    Hi Jasmine,.

You can use the interface IPathGeometry of the framework.
