  You can do it like this:

  Note that this will only work if your system is configured in such a way that by double-clicking the .bat file runs it in reality.

  an ASCII (probably the csv format) file is just text - and contains all data (intentially) written to. There is no special function to include units or whatever!

  Your colleague must save the information it records the names and values in the same way...

  (When writing to text files, it could use WriteTextFile, FormatIntoFile, WriteToSpreadsheetFile, WriteBinaryFile even could serve...)

  Thanks to all who tried to help, it means a lot!  I have no idea what happens but I tried to run a complete scan with antivirus program McAfee I was BTW it was free because of the internet service gave to me to be a customer with them, (I guess they have an ongoing case) not much of a cause I had nothing else problems with McAfee all for about 5 years and they are so much better programs out there (to new my opinion) but on with my story so whenever I tried to run a full scan or fast he rode every time error cannot start scan try again and so on, so I called them and they could not understand what the problem was and finally reinstalled but it doesn't work and of course they wanted me to buy a version... So I said forget it and went with one of the best Antivirus out there (my opinion only) programs free and it scanned and found some articles ad and he never came back! So I'm lucky so far and happy! Once again thanks to Jose @ and @ John for help and getting back to me, that shows the high level of awareness and dedication... So thank you to you two! I have no idea of what the problem was I think that he had with the Ad-ware and anti virus program does not properly and somehow obtained a "bug" If you want to. I was wondering something quick you guys like Avast Internet security because I've had some people said he is well worth and had some interesting features, I personally put AVG but I was wondering about obtaining notice!   Is the CD you have an XP bootable installation CD authentic or some kind of restore CD provided with your system (they are not the same thing).  If it's a CD of Windows, this Service Pack is on the CD?

  Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

  If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  What is your Service Pack installed?  If you are not sure, do the following:

  Click Start, run and enter in the box:

  Msinfo32

  Click on OK and when the system info summary appears, click on Edition, select all, copy, and then paste the results here.

  There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and what appears to be personal information for you, simply delete the personal information of the pasted information.

  When you see a message like this:

  Windows cannot do natively.  A file name is simply a file name and you can not prevent the registration of a file based on its extension.

  You can change file associations, such as a double click on a file with a particular extension will not automatically launch an application given, however, but that's not what you asked.
  You may also schedule a program to run from time to time which will erase all files with a given as well.  but until this program is executed, such a file might exist on your disk.

  Sorry to say that my bet is that you never gain access to these files again.

  When you created the files encrypted, Windows creates a key for decryption to access these files and stored, encrypted in your certificate store.  When your system crashed, the decryption key has crashed with it.  Without this key, you will never have access to your encrypted files.  If you have recovered from a backup image-style, you should be able to access these files.  If you've recovered by installing Windows from the installation disc, then you have created a new and different installation with different Secure ID (SID) and a certificate store empty.  A recovery agent will only retrieve encrypted files that were created after that recovery agent was in place - as a new certificate.  What you really need to do, it's your old certificate to restore the backup that you created when you started using EFS.  The following article is mandatory for anyone using the EFS file system.  Special attention to the paragraph entitled "why you should back up your certificates.

  If you do not have a return to the top of your certificate, then things look dark.  There is a program called "AEFSDR' whose 'professional' version comes through what has not been overwritten on your hard drive in search of remains of certificates that could be delivered together to recover.
