Hack a 16 GB card a T450s

I know it's only speced up as 12GBs but is anyway I can put a 16? Tried the other day and of course, it does not, however, I could, but 32 in my macbook and it was only speced for 16. So there are hacks that I can do to get the Board of Directors to recognize a 16 GB card?

Yes, you must 1.35v for what Haswell or later versions.

  • Tips for the installation of the graphics card and CS6

    Hello

I am really new to After Effects and first and I need some advice about the graphics card to use.

My version of Adobe CS6 and after having read the list of supported graphics cards, I know there are cards that are not compatible with After Effects, at least with regard to the Ray Traced 3D engine, which is now obsolete.

I was thinking of buying a used GTX760/770, but if I buy a GTX750 what will be the result? As I understand it, the only thing that will happen is that I can't use the Ray Traced 3D feature, but the card will continue to work as well with After Effects and first. Is this correct?

Another question is, do I really need the Ray Traced 3D option, or can I use a third party plugin?

I'm a bit confused with this and the graphics card is the only thing that I need to buy now. I'm from Europe and I've been looking for a GTX760/770 in Germany, UK, Spain, Amazon, Ebay, but because they are used, some sellers ship items to my country Portugal, or products are a little too expensive.

Regarding my computer it is a system of Skylake based i7 with 16 GB of RAM.

    Any help is very appreciated!

    Kind regards

After Effects do not use the GPU for much of anything other than the raytraced render engine. First it will use for many. You will need to check with people in the forum of the first to see if this older version of first supports this new card. (It will probably do the ever popular 'hack' to add your card to the list of supported cards).

It depends on what you're trying to do. I personally know someone who has used this feature on a professional basis. There are much better solutions out there for most of the tasks. Still, if you really want to use the engine to render raytraced on CS6 with this card, you could do the 'hack' I mentioned earlier for AE too.

But I wouldn't worry about the ray-traced rendering engine. As you mention, the AE team is developing more then you would learn how to use an obsolete tool.

  • Satellite M70 (PSM73A-00F007) - Windows 7 recognize only 1 GB rather 1.5 GB

    Hello

I recently installed (clean) Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit on my laptop. I have installed 1.5 GB but Windows will only recognize 1 GB. In the BIOS is shows 6 cents or so to base memory and 8 cents strange memory. I'm so confused.

What I do need to update the BIOS and I can update the BIOS?
    Any help would be great.

As it is, I had to run a 'mobilitymodder.net' hack to get the card to read different than just the Standard VGA adapter...

    Help, please
    Andrew

    Hey,.

Normally, the BIOS should recognize 1.5 GB of RAM if the modules are working properly. Please check the BIOS again the amount of RAM is recognized.
Updating the BIOS will not help you, this doesn t affect the amount of RAM.

I think little of memory will be used for memory graph and other hardware components how much RAM is reconigzed in DirectX (start > run > dxdiag)?

  • Memory speed (BIOS) running

2 sticks of memory installed on my HP Pavilion (model #: p6605f) are: 2RX8 PC3-10600U-09-10-B0 (M378B5673FH0-CH9) that makes them a 1333 Mhz memory... BUT when I run the HP Support Assistant, he says:

    4 GB installed memory

1: 2 GB 800 Mhz Samsung other DIMM Slot

Slot 2: other DIMM 800 Mhz Samsung 2 GB

Why my memory runs at 800 Mhz , when supposedly he can run up to 1333 Mhz ?

Is this a BIOS setting? (I don't see anything in the BIOS that would allow me to control the speed of the memory)

The BIOS on the PC says:

    Installed memory: 4096 MB/PC3-6400

    1: 2048 MB DDR3 SDRAM memory bank

    Memory Bank 2: 2048 MB DDR3 SDRAM

    BIOS version: 6.05 12/08/10

    Basic version: 08.00.15

    Thanks for any help.

The reason why he turns to this speed is because the primary and secondary memory timings have been preset in the BIOS file for optimal value that was determined by HP engineers.  You can change this, but it would violate your warranty and require that you Flash a BIOS hack on your desktop-card mother s.

A module of memory will be a SPD table encoded in its firmware, which tells a BIOS what timings should be used at speeds of different buses.

To display SPD settings available for your modules you can download and run the utility CPU-z.

HP, Dell and Sony and other OEM computer manufacturers set the BIOS so it cannot be easily modified. 'S done it for a simple reason, although some might find offensive. This is to protect consumers from themselves and to ensure that their products continue to function reliably. Most of the people looking at the BIOS settings available in my gaming system (an ASUS ROG Crosshair IV) and say "it's a bunch of settings" (or worse! ). The industry feels and probably rightly, that the average PC/computer laptop/touchpad user didn't just need to be able to screw up their PC with just a few keystrokes.

  • Images Photoshop look washed out in the first

Some of my photos from Photoshop CC 2015 (and bridge) established first as psd files (and some jpg) appear washed out and less than the original. Many times they are not, however. I tried 'Original Edition or retouching in Photoshop' first, but that doesn't help - the Photoshop and Bridge image simply looks different from the first a. I need first look the same good Photoshop image edited.

One point: I have worked in Photoshop CC 2015 (subscription of $9.99 / month Photographers') but in Premiere Pro 5.5. When this issue came up, I started a trial of first Pro CC version, and the problem persists.

Thank you very much for the offer. While I was waiting I kept trying this or that. I think it is now resolved: If you're doing a "save under", instead of a backup and then uncheck the box "ICC profile: Adobe RGB 1998", the changes made in Photoshop and then reflected in first. " I have not yet seen of workaround still works, but hope.

If I'm going to continue to work in PrP5.5 or go to PrPCC is always open. 5.5 works faster for me because I have to recognize my card Nvidia 260 (minor hack), and the Mercury engine is effect. I can't get the PRP to do, and will have either a hack or a new video card. All the suggestions of the hack or an affordable card?

    Thanks for responding.

  • on my network card, a question mark appears that wasn't there. He appeared as a "switch" until I disabled "sharing network". He went away for a day and returned. This is a hack of nieghborhood?

My mother is a modem from Qwest. I'm on a laptop with wireless on the same account. We were on a homegroup network. I found a question mark on its network card and a photograph camera, on mine with the name 'switch' and no other info on this subject between the computer and the modem peak. I called Qwest and they said they didn't know what it was. So I disabled all the sharing network. He went away. 2 days ago. Today, I checked again, he had again disappeared from the workstation but now it's back on mine, but it shows up as a question mark, as it did on the desktop. And also, there were a few weird anomilies appear on our computers. Do I have a virus or maybe a neighborhood hacker?

  • Win7 has exchanged information on the material between the integrated video card and add on video card - need to share in return. Registry hack?

A remote desktop client from one office to another from 10 feet.  Now Win7 has become confused about the video card.  When you use the add on the map with two monitors on DVI cables, Windows thinks that he uses the onboard video (vga on motherboard).  When you use the onboard vga video, Win7 think he's using the add on video card.
Windows has exchanged information on video cards.  Is there a way to hack the registry and exchange their return?  Or clear the entries and have windows discover video cards again?
So far, I pulled the add on the map but Win7 still thought he used it.  I checked the BIOS settings and display settings.  Desktop is a Dell OptiPlex 980.  Using Win7 enterprise.
Customer does not do without office while it would be re-created, I was looking for a solution.

They would extend the desktop between the two monitors, but now it reflects only the monitors because he thinks that it's using the vga output (when he really uses the add on the map).  Discovered this when you look at the description of the graphics cards and monitors trying each installer.

  • I was really hacked or blackmailed

At the end of August in SM hotel in Las Vegas after having connected the local WiFi shortly my Macbook Air got hung with pop - up notice to immediately contact a number to phone for help. The popups were accompanied by piercing sound. OK, I contacted the phone number and said emphatically that my computer has been hacked I won't be blocked all access served Apple, etc. on the blacklist if I do not contact another phone number and get technical help and be charged as 249 dollars.  Yes, the Lady stands as a representative of Apple and wrote me another phone number. The issue proved to be TechCure company what rally scanned my computer and helped me to get rid of the problem after the withdrawal of the sum mentioned on my credit card that I said reluctantly. They got me electronically signed their bill through Docusign and I have my receipt of billing.

For now I have no problem, but I'm hesitant and many think that the first phone number that appears on my screen after pirate did not belong to Apple. What should I do to and is it possible to find out the now and somehow to clarify the situation. What should I do to avoid and what are my other possible actions in this situation?

To turn off the computer and wait until I can take it to the Apple store nearest? I'm sure now.

    Thank you

Sorry, but you've been scammed by criminals. Because you allowed them access to your computer, the only method of 100% to be sure it is safe to use is to restore by using a backup prior to the crime. Contact your bank to determine measures to deal with the fraud.

All this pop-up message, no matter how threatening they do believe, will always be a scam.

  • Could have been hacked.  Guy got in the Terminal

Hello.  Dear old dad, 81, called what he had thought was Netflix... it wasn't.  My gut tells me that this is a fraudulent site.  CreticWorld.com

The deal was this: the 'helper' find stuff very bad on the site of my father and offered to fix it for $400.  I imagine that they are preparing to ask on his credit card to pay for it.

The "helper" had my father to connect through a kind of thing LOGMEIN.

    There send my father.

I don't THINK that there ID apple of my father or master password for the computer.

I ran Malwarebites Anti Malware app... He found nothing.

There is no "updates" in the app store.

    10.10.5 MacbookPro system

I will paste the report between the terminals below.  In the end, he has a few scary phrases like

    • Email compromised

    • Worm found

    • compromised network

    But... There's a funky spelling.

    1. advice?  I am panic that my dad's computer is hacked, and they will get its passwords, bank accounts, credit cards, etc.

    2. what would you do?

    3. grateful for any advice.

Pasted below is the Terminal Server session.  I don't know if it's true, if it is stuck in the terminal of dad to freak him out?  You can if the Terminal Server Session is real?  What this means?  No idea if it is valid and hope a pro Terminal would give him a glance.

  • My Mac Mini can be hacked from the Wifi?

    Hello!

I was a proud owner of Mac Mini, less than a week. First of all, I would like to give my gratitude to Apple for creating this wonderful little tool.

But as a long time Windows user, I ran into a problem I can't seem to find an answer to.

I discovered that my Mac had opened a Wifi connection. And as a person, which is used for cables Ethernet (that I use now, too), the Wifi is unknown and not very liked territory.

Was on WiFi, but marked "wifi is turned on, but is not connected to a network.

N00b I am, am a little worried about this new link, began to bite it and found a lot of names, I understand where my neighbors Wifi connections. With my luck, I managed to hurt someone, who do not have their protected Wifi password and found myself suddenly watching "wifi is connected to the android ap and a IP [...]".

I panicked as *, started trying to find a way to get rid of it and seemed finally to delete it after 3 minutes of the curse.

Then, I turned off the wifi and changed to 'inactive' as well.

My apologizes for the long text, but I'd love to hear the opinions of people who are not filled with panic as I am:

    1) when "wifi is turned on, but is not connected to a network", it means it is secure and no one can hack my wifi Mac?

    (2) when I entered accidentally someone another wifi unprotected for a few minutes, my Mac have been compromised?

    And the most important:

    (3) Changing wifi to be 'off' and then 'dormant', am I sure of any wifi hacking back? As there is zero connection wifi and no one outside could enforce on my Mac?

I understand how stupid my questions can and no doubt make sound, but I'm inherently paranoid person and only one in my family, which has a semblance of agreement when it comes to computers, so there is no one to ask.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me,

    Sincerely

    (1) Yes

    (2) No, just don't send any important information on an unprotected WiFi (passwords, credit card numbers etc.)

    (3) Yes

  • Apple ID hacked over a month

My apple ID has been hacked by a person out of China more than a month. Apple notified immediately when the e-mails started coming. I was told it would take about a week, but always when I call support they tell me that the engineering team haven't started anything. They said they would deactivate my account to stop the two-step verification which they did not. I have more than 15 k $ in products apple right now. The person that I was initially assigned to unresponsive. Once he told me that he was out of the Office for a week and then told me he was sick for 2 weeks. Frustrated. No one wiped out my iTunes credits. IM locked on a bunch of applications I paid because they must be updated as I can't make my products apple rendering useless.  My children are home from school for the summer and cannot use their iPads, because its linked to my account and they want to use their gift cards to get new applications. Ugh. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. THX

Why the moderator did you remove all the answers on this? Also why I am blocked from answering an email someone sent to ask me if I had any resolution. More than 2 months and still no resolution. Instead of spending the answers take time and crashes me how about fixing my account. SMH

  • Virus or hacking of my iMac

I think that virus or any other type of hack on my iMac took place that I had to cancel three illegal fees credit cards in the past

six months.  I downloaded a copy of the free version of Avast, ran to the analysis of the system, found two viruses reported (/Applications/Codec-M.app? Happy / Info.plist and Users/Jim/Library/Safari/Extensions/Codec-M.safariextz).  I deleted both of them, but during the scan, 60 cases were reported as "no scanable."  Were there any virus or other hacks that occur due to unscanable files? Are there additional fixes for this problem?   I got my iMac for more than 8 years, have always upgraded to the latest versions of software developed by Apple and have never had a problem until now.

It is not a virus or hack, you probably gave your information of credit card on site online for some dishonest.

Uninstall Avast, it's practically malware itself. He was called to bork multiple Mac systems.

Download and run EtreCheck, created by one of his own assistants here in CSA. It is a diagnostic tool that is very useful for us to find problems. It will also give us additional specifications on your Mac. After his execution after the logfile here. It will never contain any personal information.
