The problem I found by using the "advanced search" is that I am able to search for single words sentences individual GOLD, but I need to combine a lot of words and multiple expressions in the same search.   I just moved to a new laptop and ended up a load of pdf files which ended with .pdf (2) at the end of the duplication. I wanted to select them all and delete easily and am glad I found this thread. I want to clarify that the parenthises are necessary.
