  I use Windows 7 SP1, IE9, Adobe Flash v. 11.1.102.62 (in all likelihood the last). The problem is that in my user account that I can't view embedded videos. If I embed a YouTube video in a Web page, the video will not play in my user account, but it will be on my admin account I check all the options of IE, such as scripts and ActiveX filtering and that they are defined as recommended by the forum. My wife has a similar machine, with the exception of the user software, and embedded videos play fine on his cell phone. I don't have this problem until a few weeks ago, but unfortunately I can't equate with any change to the system, software upgrades, Adobe Flash updates several. If I reduce my user account controls to the lowest value, embedded videos will play. To any setting above the lowest lever, they are blocked. My wife's laptop computer user account runs with high level user account controls. I was pulling my hair out on this for a while now. I uninstalled Flash by using the uninstall program downloaded by Adobe and reinstalled without help. I have reset IE9 to the floor without help. Help, please...

  I solved this problem with information that that is http://forums.adobe.com/message/3960083#3960083. Go to the answer entered by Northern_dutchman 17:44, 29 October 2011. The post is about 3/4 down the page.

  As suggested, I signed up for my administrator account, deleted the registry key, restarted my system, then uninstalled and reinstalled Flash player version 11. Embedded videos that wouldn't play not before from several places now play without problem.

  I hope that Adobe will soon include deletion of this key in the Flash uninstall program.

  When you inserted the video you may have noticed that Captivate allows two types of display.

  Looks like you should use SLIDE video and video not an EVENT.  Then make a break from the slide would also suspend the video and vice versa.

  I have a 20 second file flv video of clouds floating in the sky that I bought from a library of stock and want to use it as a backdrop in a flash swf file so that I can overlay other graphics to pictures various throughout the timeline.
  The video was imported into the library as an integrated video and automatically created a clip of it. I managed to create more video clips of the timed animated elements, and then in stage 1 I simply 1 framework with a number of layers that contain each movieclip.
  I have two minor issues now if. The first is that when I export the swf file, the movieclip of the sky endlessly looping when I need to play only once. I tried to put a stop() action in last picture of the movieclip from Sky, but it doesn't seem to affect him. What I am doing wrong?
  The second thing is I want to crop a few seconds the beginning of the movieclip from sky. I tried to remove the frames from the beginning, but simply, it plays the movieclip from the start and makes the shortest mc.

  My problem started about 2 weeks ago. Before that, I could directly play any video on Youtube or any video embedded in a Web download.
  Now video games, in the sense that I have sound and the time elapsed bar moves along the bottom of the screen, but there is no video, just a complete green screen. This applies to any video on Youtube or incorporated into an internet download.
  I can still play any video I already downloaded on my PC, that this Flash Video or MP4 file.
  The latest versions of Windows Media Player, VLC Media Player, Media Player Classic and Adobe Flash Player players installed on my PC.
  The problem started at the same time there was a major update to my program free antivirus Avast (to the 8.0.1482 version), but it is probably a red herring, as I struggle to believe this might have something to do with the problem.
  I also tried on Internet Explorer and the problem is all the same, it is not specific to Firefox.
  Can anyone offer a solution?

  I can't find how to disable hardware acceleration in the flash plugin. Can you help me here?
  I disable the Shockwave Flash plugin as a trial and immediately videos appararurent again in videos in the downloads on the internet. Why disable Shockwave Flash authorized these photos seem to I don't know.
  It is not practical, however, leave Shockwave Flash off, because many of the embedded videos using Flash so I can't view.

  1 - What is the speed of your internet connection? Sooner the better, most likely slowing it's buffer. A 56 k modem dial is subject to "buffer" on the video for example.

  I knew this problem myself and managed to find this solution by searching the forums.

  Right-click on the icon of your Firefox (not the one of your task bar), if it is not on your desktop, find it in Mozilla Firefox program folder.

  After that right click, select Properties, then the Compatibility tab, then check the box that says that turn off the timing of the high DPI settings display.
