How to stop BI Publisher Auto Refresh reports

Hi Experts,

I'm new to BI Publisher. I use BI Publisher Version 11.1.1.7. to configure reports for Oracle Identity Manager.

My requirement is simple, when I pass a parameter in the user name field and then when I click on the "Apply" button, reports should be displayed.

But at the present time, all user records are displayed without any parameter. I should stop showing all records. And reports should be displayed only when I click the button apply.

Quick help here could be very useful and appreciated.

Many thanks in advance,

Sandy.

In the properties of the report (not data model)

You simply uncheck the checkbox for automatic execution.

hope that helps.

    What I'm doing...

I have a classic report on what link column is built around another page which is a form where the user can only update certain items.,.

I use widow of contextual modal window to minimize the navigation screen... when I got to day mede then I want that report to refresh.

My approach was to return an element even triggering via the form on the page 5 of the report and and dynamic action dynamic / live

But my operation is fail :/

A better idea for this... this report or page is updated on the fly without submitting the page.

and also note allow partial refresh is marked YES

    Hi Neel,

You can try it now. I created the new DA fires on Auto Close. If you refresh all reports, you don't need ID to identify modal Pages, but I added the code that you can identify what modal page is closed.

  • Re: Windows Live Messenger stops working after auto-refresh

    Hello
I'm having problems with my windows live messenger. After a few updates, did to windows, that it does not now. How open it is written that he found an error and it closes and Windows informed when there is a solution to the problem.

I tried to recover the windows system to the time before that updates that ends the correct functionality of the Messenger and then it worked again, but only for a short period.

Then, lately after that automatic updates have been made again, the Messenger stops working with the same error message.

Can someone help me? What could I do to fix this?
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling messenger, but without success.

I think that this has happened when one of the updates have been interrupted in the middle because of a loss of power.

    Thank you

    Hello

UINSTALL Live messenger and clean the registry with CCleaner. Note, maybe you must remove Live messenger elements to the registry yourself. Install it again:

  • How to stop itunes from Auto-filling of music on my ipod touch

How can I prevent itunes AutoFill music on my ipod touch unwanted 5 without having to delete songs or hide the songs (the ones I bought from the iTunes Store) my library on itunes (Windows)? I think that the songs that continue to if autofilled on my ipod are the ones I bought in the store. I didn't hide them in my library, I want to hear them more later to see if I want to add later, but I got fed up and did exactly that.  I will not hide from my library is because I want to be able to see without having to connect to my apple account in the itunes store, to see what songs I bought but have 'hidden' from my library or deleted the download of the.

I have no music sync checked, however, whenever I plug my ipod into my computer, music always synchronizes on my ipod.  I don't have the option to automatically download the songs I purchased on iTunes store checked.  I usually manually delete each of the songs, but I'm tired of having to do so.

I just tried to erase my ipod first of music, including those I wanted to keep, but I came across the problem where they would not disappear, even after reset everything on my ipod touch. I had to manually delete all (before doing so, I did what I do always when running in auto-fill issue - delete music in data storage settings manage, which works normally, but this time he did not).

I'm really starting to hate Itunes because of this auto-fill problem.

I'm on Windows and iTunes 11, for what it's worth, but I think it should work even if you have a slightly different version.

Before you plug in your iPod, go to the menu small case in the upper left corner of iTunes (or if you have the menu bar visible, click on change). Select Preferences, go to devices in the pop-up window, and check the box that says "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads of automatic synchronization. Click on low OK.at of the pop-up window.

This should solve the problem. Worked for me anyway (I am like you and prefer to manually manage all my stuff).

  • How to display BI Publisher reporting dashboard with a quick dash common to all BEEP reports

    Hi gurus,

My version of BI Publisher is 11.1.1.12.

I have 10 BI Publisher reports, all have common guests.

I want to place every 10 BI publisher dashboard analytic reports and all reports BI Publisher must be invited to dash quickly. (Start date and end date)

For Ex: We have the start date end date guests and common to all BI Publisher reports.

How do we build this type of dashboard?

    Please suggest.

    Thank you

    Kathia

I think I understand: you want to put all 10 BEEP reports one by one on the same page of dashboard.

If so, create two new guests of dashboard for the start and end dates and make them as text type.

In the variable of the presentation, you must provide your name of setting BEEP also exactly as it is defined in the BEEP data model, which will open a link between the BEEP and OBIEE.

Once done, you can drag and drop your guest of dashboard as a first leg on your dashboard page.

  • How to stop Auto maximize a window in Windows 7

How to stop automatic expansion of a window in Windows 7?  I'd rather have 3 or 4 applications open and able to show all the - or at least a section of the window that I can choose.  In Windows 7 if I move a window resized to the edge of the desk she automatically enlarged mode full screen; It is such a waste of time.  I have to stop and resize the window to the bottom once again.

I don't want the same windows in the same places - I just want to stop the automatic expansion of a window.

I HAV been looking for an answer - I was not able to find the solution, hope you can help.

    loafd

In addition to the foregoing comments, I also wanted to mention that the automatic sizing has held that if the bumps on yourmouse pointer over the edge of the screen.  Being aware of that could make the difference for you and allow you to take advantage of the functionality, while preventing unnecessary sizing.

I speak not of advertising videos.  It seems that there is a new trend that sites add the AutoPlay videos as part of their normal textual content.  It's really annoying to try to read the article and have this semi-connexes video game.

How to stop startup programs unnecessary upward poping when I start my pc

First of all, note that you should be in * all * the programs that start automatically, not only with those who are in the system tray. Not all the programs auto-start manifesting by an icon in the status bar.

On each program, you don't want to automatically start, check its Options to see if she has the choice to not start (make sure that you actually choose to not run, not simply a "don't display the icon" option). Many can easily and better be arrested like that. If this does not work, run MSCONFIG from the start. Run the line and on the Startup tab, uncheck the programs that you do not want to automatically start.

However, if I were you, I wouldn't do this just for the purpose of the minimum number of running programs. Despite what a lot of people tell you, you should be concerned, not with the way * a lot * of these programs you run, but * that *. Some of them can seriously affect the performance, but others have no effect on performance.

Don't stop all programs to run willy-nilly. What you need to do is to determine what each program is that its value is for you and what the performance cost is running all the time. You can try searching the Internet and ask questions about the details here.

Once you have this information, you can make a smart informed decision on what you want to keep and what you want to get rid of.
