How to change default paths in the Finder
Hello world
I would like to create a partition on the hard drive to separate the BONES of my personal data (documents, pictures, movies, music, etc.).
How can I change the paths by default for Documents, Images, Photos in the Finder so that they "point" the the new structure in the other partition?
Thanks for any idea!
Mathieu.
I don't know much on El Capitan. You used to be able to do with symbolic links that look like aliases, but are certainly not aliases.
Some of these things you can do with the applications themselves. iTunes (and probably all) allow you to store media or even your entire library in a different location.

How to store a path in a property of PDM
I need to store a few Windows paths to other files as properties PDM, but (according to another post on the forum I can't now), the following characters are all illegal in PDM properties:. : , ; ' \ @ <> # [ ] % ( ) { } | * ? = ! "
Many of those that are used in railways. I thought the conversion of each of them in its code of ASCII as a HTTP URL character, but the character '%' is in the list, too. Can anyone recommend an approach to managing this situation?
I actually did something I almost never do. I was looking for tiaras online help. I found a page on thename for the properties of TDMS files conventions which States the following:
"If you use one of the following characters in a custom property name, DIAdem replaces this character with an underscore:.,:, ',-, @, <, >, #, [,], %, (,), {{}}, |, *,?, =,!, ', ^, $, &, +, -, / and space." DIAdem also replaces a number first in the name of the property with an underscore. »
It however does not anywhere that I found that you cannot use these symbols in a text in the dataproperty.

How to click on a .jpg image in Blackberry 4.5?
Hi all
I m a .jpg in a BitmapField image display & adding in a VerticalFieldManager. It is is displayed, but I can't click on it.
I m doing as...
Bitmap bitmap = Bitmap.getBitmapResource("image.jpg"); BitmapField bitmapField = new BitmapField(bitmap , BitmapField.FOCUSABLE) { protected boolean navigationClick(int status, int time ) { //handle click event return true; } };VerticalFieldManager vfm = new VerticalFieldManager();vfm.add(bitmapField);add(vfm_stamp);
But if I takea .png image as
Bitmap bitmap = Bitmap.getBitmapResource("image.png");
It is clickable. Why so much?
BlackBerry 4.5 supports .jpg image format. It displays a .jpg image then why its not clickable? I want to make it clickable.
How to do?
I was not geeting given focus if the JPG is not transparent or does not have a transparent border.
So I added a margin around the bitmap using the setSpace(int,int) method.
Its market not now...
Thank you...

How to put text on the image of blackberry?
I'm a Blackberry app. In my application I need to show show text in an image. So I used this code.
tab1 = new LabelField ("Page 1", LabelField.FOCUSABLE |) LabelField.HIGHLIGHT_SELECT) {}
protected void paintBackground (Graphics g) {}
TODO self-generating method stub
super.paintBackground (g);
EncodedImage tmpimg = EncodedImage.getEncodedImageResource ("ic_menu_refresh.png");
try {}
g.drawImage (0, 0, 70, 40, tmpimg, 0, 0, 0);}
{} catch (IllegalArgumentException iae)
System.out.println ("bad arguments.");
}
}Protected Sub layout (int width, int height) {}
Super.Layout (width, height);
setExtent (70, 40);
};Protected Sub paint (figure net.rim.device.api.ui.Graphics) {}
graphics.setColor (Color.WHITE);
Super.Paint (Graphics);
};};
This code text giving on image but I want that this text not on the center of the image. I want it on the bottom of the image. I also want to resize the image depends on the size of labelfield... Please help me friends...
I'm curious to know why you want to avoid having a VerticalFieldManager? It's a standard way of BlackBerry to arrange fields and managers vertically. He respects the flags of horizontal alignment (FIELD_LEFT, FIELD_HCENTER and FIELD_RIGHT) for "children" and does not take into account all verticals (naturally!).
It also respects the margins of fields, which is a huge advantage - you just put properly and let the BlackBerry primitives to take care of the presentation of the screen for you. Don't try to reinvent the wheel - channel your time and energy into the functional parts of your application.

How can I remove this folder of Messages Blackberry blackBerry smart phones?
Hello
I have my email set up on my device and, of course, the record of sms that comes on the blackberry. They are enough for me.
I want to delete the Messages file that merges the sms and e-mail, because I'm tired of having to go in there just to click on messages to make them "read" so the notification goes away. All I need is my e-mail folder and I am happy with the sms separated folder.
Is it possible to remove this merged folder directly from my camera? Advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!
Yes, certainly.
Open your Messages folder > options > integration of messages and you can set your SMS appears in the messages folder or not.
Article ID: KB14105 Electronic messages received on the BlackBerry smartphone via a built-in account also manifest themselves in the Messages folder

How to store images in possible IndexedDB even name key?
The issue is that a little abstract so let me explain.
Suppose I do a Web page that is only for offline use, say an image viewer so that users can display their full-screen photos.
The user has the option to select files or drag-and - drop files
https://developer.Mozilla.org/en-us/docs/Using_files_from_web_applicationsThe files are then iteratively stored in IndexedDB.
When the user closes the browser and returns the next day and opens to the top of the Web page, the images are automatically loaded instead of having the user select the pictures again.
The problem comes when the user first downloads the images. Some images may have the same name.
What I need to check if the 'key' already exists in the DB before hand or can I store the path of the image file in the DB as key?

How to get the default path of the data of a table space file
I used below the sql statement to create a table space:
CREATE A TABLESPACE DATAFILE AAA BBB SIZE 10 M AUTOEXTEND OFF...
Notice, I do not give a full path instead of a file name, and then ask questions relevant to tables
get the full path of the data file, assume that it's path below:
d:\oracle\...\BBB
So I don't think that there is a default path that oracle can use it to create the data file. My question
is how to get this default path before creating a table space.
Thank you very much.
Hello
I did similar simulations for you, then it could be seen easily:
SQL > Show parameter db_create_file_dest
VALUE OF TYPE NAME
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
db_create_file_dest chain
SQL > SELECT NAME, VALUE OF V$ PARAMETER
2 where lower (name) = "db_create_file_dest;
NAME
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
VALUE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
db_create_file_dest
It has the value NULL. Then where my datafile is going?
SQL > create tablespace TEST datafile 'test01.dbf' size 10 M;
Created tablespace.
SQL > select file_name
2 of dba_data_files
3 where nom_tablespace = 'TEST ';
FILE_NAME
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
/U01/app/Oracle/product/12.1.0/Db_1/DBS/Test01.dbf
When you check the alert logs, it will not show you the location of the data file. It will tell you what exactly you ran.
..
..
Completed: drop tablespace test whose content and data files
create tablespace datafile 'test01.dbf' size 10 M TEST
Completed: create tablespace TEST datafile 'test01.dbf' size 10 M
..
..
You can not SQL user * more? Well, I would say that, when you run the CREATE TABLESPACE command, is where you run the command:
SQL > select file_name
2 of dba_data_files
3 where nom_tablespace = 'TEST ';
FILE_NAME
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
/U01/app/Oracle/product/12.1.0/Db_1/DBS/Test01.dbf
So, you should get the location of your data file. Alternatively, you can run the query in the parameter $ v so that you know your default data file location.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
Kind regards
Gaetan

Moved the folder "Pictures" of Mac and catalog image files shows no images. Cannot navigate to the appropriate folder in 'Files' Panel and cannot rename the folder "Images". How can I reconnect catalog image files?
You opened an empty catalog.
You can try the following two steps to open the appropriate catalog file.
- Use the file-> open recent, open the list of all catalogs
- If this does not work, you will need to find the appropriate help for your operating system catalog file and double-click it to open it.

We had before installed FMS2 and the paths to all of our videos are like rtmp://ServerName/sites/... (the default path on FMS2) Now upgrade us to FMS4 and we want to keep these roads even because we have a lot to HTML that reference these videos. However, the default path on FMS4 is rtmp://ServerName/vod/... Is there a way to change the "vod" to "sites"?
I tried to change VOD_COMMON_DIR in fms.ini/install_dir/webroot/vod/install_dir/webroot/sites and also changed the document root in the httpd.conf file, but rtmp://ServerName/sites/ still does not work.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
You can copy your old folder "sites" in the folder "applications" of your new installation of fms. Restart the server and see if your old HTML pages work fine

How can I change the folder to be d:\work\ by default startup?
He seems to be on file by default whenever I opened that I offer.
I am using Bridge CS4
Thanks in advance
Line
If the program does not open the last folder you visited you most likely have the option enabled to automatically load bridge at startup. Disable this option in PS or close bridge before shutting down the computer.

If you always want it to start on a specific folder, you can leave it on autoload, go to the folder that you want to start, then exit bridge. It should load this each time in the future. Many of us discourage the auto load option because it can lead to other problems as well.
