How to style of UN-target layer or delete?

How do to UN-target a layer? In the attached screenshot, I chose the paths by pressing Cmd - A. In the appearance Panel, you can see that there is no background or contour applied to paths, but the layer has a style (called "Interstate Highway"). All new object I draw on that layer takes this appearance. Even if I caress the new path with blue, for example, the "Interstate Highway" style overrides to it.

I want to remove the layer of this style, but I can't find a way to do it. If I click on the circle of the target, I get the double circle, which is the layer. I tried all kinds of keyboard modifiers, but can't seem to do it.

    If you move a resource from one user to another, there is a process of service account for this.

    Using the API under tcUserOperationsIntf, you can use changeToServiceAccount. Next moveServiceAccount will move to the instance from one user to another, and finally chageFromServiceAccount turn off the type of service account.

    This account must really be identified as a service before all the shares of account account occur however. There should be no other reason to switch from a users account. If the account is defined as a service from the beginning account, simply attach existing adapters for the tasks of service account. They will fire instead of disable regular and delete tasks. I think that you will always have questions if the revoke occurs, and then you run these tasks because all the other tasks will be canceled State.

    I am quite new to Ps and although I read as much as possible I could use a little more help.

    I found that when I use the layer on Layer Styles and then do a new layer or select a form that creates a new layer that when I go to add Styles to the new layer/new layer the previous is affected by how I put the bevel & Emboss, Direction, Altitude, Drop Shadow etc etc.

    For example, let's say I have a...

    BG > new layer > draw an ellipse, then add a bevel with a > Angle of 89 and at an Altitude of 30 and then I add a new layer > open Styles and go into the corner to say + 89 or whatever change and the Altitude to say 45... change the first layer/shape effects.

    Can someone tell me how I can keep a layer of affected by an another layer effects?

    I found that if I rasterize a layer in fact that I can add an effect 'double' on the same layer, but I have not tried doing this with separate layers. However, for the bulk of the work I do, I can't use the Raster because everything has to be real vectors.

    I'd definitely and really appreciate ideas/advice that anyone can have. If you need more information about me or a better explanation, I'll try to explain better.
