  I am a CPA and I often have to look at the files for several companies and individuals, and I just don't have the time to write everything I do. I used to use Track4Win.   You can use the lists 'Recently used' to go back to what you were doing easily without research.

  1. Recent locations displays recently viewed files. This shortcut is in the Favorites section of Windows Explorer (upper-left).
  2. Shows of Jump Lists recently used files that you may need.  Right-click on any icon in your task bar for a list of the last things that the program has been used for.  As my recent files Excel here.  If you use something very often or maybe less and don't want to fall, you can pin it at the top of the list if she never goes away.

You can check the latest purchases in your iTunes account and you can check the iCloud data storage and its use but is not streaming its use. My guess is that Apple has this info somewhere so they can find a way to balance the load on their servers from Apple's music but I've never seen like the selection of menu item or a user of Apple's music.

  Is that your virtual machine workload, overall, asks more it is given.  If you see the line stacked under the aggregate, you will see a virtual machine that is RED. I suspect that the VM which is in the Red contributes to your application being so high. Without this VM RED into the mix trying to swallow up all of your CPU, you demand would be much closer to its use. The chart does not appear that your cluster is out of ability, in fact, you see that the request is clearly ~ 50-60% of the capacity of cluster.  value of 68 for the workload would be the metric of the workload more limited of those chosen in the policy of cluster for the workload under the section "analysis."

  If the workload was 100% and its use has been 100% you would really use all the capacity of this virtual machine. If the workload was 120% and its use was 100%, you will have to add 20% more memory to meet the demand for this virtual machine.

  If the workload was 25% and its use was 100% you would really use 25% of this memory. You still have plenty of ability on the virtual machine, and depending on how stable that is 25%, you could probably reduced the memory of half and still be okay.

  I am responsible for a vSphere 5.1 environment that uses NFS data warehouses and I'm trying to collect metrics on how much bandwidth is used to access NFS data stores.  When I did it first a week ago, I ran esxtop and looked at network and sort by Mbps passed parameters and what he was able to indicate what vmnic NFS vmkernel was linked to.  I then took a look at the usage meter vmnic for a total of send/receive KB/s.  During my research, I ran across another counter: "use of flow rates for NFS Teddy."  Here's the problem, when we look at the use and Teddy flow using the counters from NFS on the same vmnic over the same period of time, the use of flow for meter NFS shows bandwidth much higher than that of the meter use (see image).  What gives?

  What I forgot to mention, is that measures to counter throughput.usage.nfs report a higher flow rate than the physical NETWORK adapter can handle.  The highest Summit on the graph shows about a flow of 13 GB/s on a network card 1 GB.  I spoke with a VMware engineer friend and he said it looks like the meter is mislabeled in vCenter.  I verified this by looking at the use of the NFS in vCenter Operations Manager metric and compared to the metric of its use on the same physical NETWORK adapter and the metric NFS for the NIC I was looking at showed approximately 23.8 MB/s (if I assume that the unit of measure of labelling was supposed to be B/s and not KB/s) and usage was about 24.2 MB / s.  The metric of higher use is due to the fact that the environment is badly designed by my predecessor and the NFS Sharing vmkernel rising with VM networks (something that I am trying to solve).
