You need too download malwarebyets you can find it here on this link http://www.malwarebytes.org/, download the free version, then you will see a desktop icon of this anti-malware program. You need also side click on it and run as administrator, then it will start up. Now DO a FULL system SCAN, not a quick analysis. It should take about 40mins or so. Now, you will see at least 4 bad Trojan and a virus. Now delete 'em, then after restart PC... Do the same thing again. After the scan is complete, and no virus found... System Restore to a point over 5 days. When we know that when the computer was working no probs then you done everything;), Post back on here to see how you are thereby. Thanks Dion.
