How to upgrade your payment information to resume my subscription?

My name is Vincent, I lost my cc a month ago and I bought plan (one year) of creative photography of Cloud for student in March, and now I can't use the Adobe package more.

I need to update my payment and 'Plans and products' information, I have two questions:

-Free membership Cloud creative

-Plan of cloud photography creative Student and Teacher Edition (one year) - what happened to expire.


The second plan would have changed for a year, I bought it in March, but it is already expired because I need to update my info . However, when you click on "manage your account", it brings me to a page where written: Project Information - & & updated adobe ID profile. Except that nothing not.

It is the only option to renew his subscription from your end.

However, if you don't get any option to change payment details please contact customer service to renew your subscription.
