  Just a guess: you use AppendLine? If so, you can try to move on AppendText to write the line, adding of newline as the first call when you need to start a new line. AppendLine adds a new line to the report after printing the line, and this can generate a blank page if you write to the last line on the page.

  I need to print a Field1 on all pages except the last page. On the last page, this Field1 should be replaced by an other Field2. These fields must be printed in the footer, so I couldn't use the last page and section only menthod. In addition, its an extra page printing. If the output has only one page, Field2 must be printed not Field1.

  I have a layout of report with a parent frame and 2 child frames, an extensible framework (top) and a non-repetitive image (from the bottom).
