  You have the screen image out to another monitor (one that is not plugged in fact).   Before that your web page is open and fixed follow these steps:

  Start, run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
  (For Vista type CMD in the search box after departure)

  Type the following command:

  IPCONFIG/ALL

  [Note that there is no space between the oblique and ALL bar].

  Right click in the command window and choose Select all, and then press ENTER.
  Paste the results in a message notepad or word doc.

  Once this has been done, open IE and let the issue be fixed.

  Once the problem is resolved to do what follows again
