How to use wifi blackberry Simulator

I am encouraged to use some code fom HTTP demo, but for some reason any there's no connectivity of this example, I've already put a WiFi connection and I tested it the BuiltIn browser application and it works very well, I mean, I can surf the web, but with HTTPDemo I just get the timeout error ~ 120000 java.io.interruptedIOException connection , so I'm confused because the TCP demo gives me the same error. Does that mean that this sample does not work in the Simulator? Can someone give me an advice? Simulator of appears to be very complicated.

When you run the Simulator, you need to add "; deviceside = true' to your connection string. You can do something like this in your code of connection manager:

    2. If your WiFi is turned on and connected to your WiFi router, data will ALWAYS prefer and use WiFi, not your mobile wireless network connection.

    You can make sure it's WiFi only, by going to your connections management screen and turn off the Mobile network, and leaving the active WiFi.

    Please re-read my answer above... it's automatic, there is nothing you can do to force it. And certainly no way that would be specific website URL.
