  You're seen with an old (very old?) version of Internet Explorer, which is the only browser on earth that does what you describe.  All other browsers follow the rules and leave only alt attribute values (what they do).

  If the foot is the same on every page, you need to change each of the .html files individually. Index.HTML is the homepage. You will nee to look at the names of each page in the browser to discover the rest.

  Seems lik you applied text wrap tto the background graphic. Select and delete the text wrapping.

  Seriously, in the grand scheme of things, it's a bit like putting your finger in the dike. Using Thunderbird will be just little bit safer, but using an operating system Linux would avoid all the problems of non supported operating systems completely at no cost. To a consumer or business level the only justification to continue using XP is hardware or software that does not work on another operating system, and even then it should be to isolate the device from the Internet. It's no mail and no navigation on computer XP, also no automatic software updates or the other!

  The API error log is not available through the UI Eloqua, is accessible by Eloqua support only.  If you supply the ID error when you connect to a service request with the support of Eloqua, it will make it easier for them to diagnose your problem.
