  Windows Anytime Upgrade, supports two upgrades of version update and complete.

  If the license for Windows 7 Ultimate, you have access to is a retail version update or complete, you can use the product key and the Express upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate. • No idea how to activate my Windows 7 Ultimate?

  My windows was not genuine, so I bought a Windows key.

  I tried to change the product key, but it did not activate so I had to activate by phone.

  Then I received a message with a link in it to activate my code. After that, windows said that does not match the ID of Installation, so I tried everything again for a second time. Same thing again. Then I could get online support from microsoft, but no sound or anything coming from their side of the phone that lets me return to problem 1. Here's an additional problem, I tried to activate it again by changing the product key, but now after the key is checked it gives me instantly "your windows is not genuine" Murphy with the "go online and fix now" button but I already have this update installed.

  Edit: It seems changed my product key but how do I make my windows genuine now?

  Edit 2: Fixed. Run cmd as administrator and entered the command: SLMGR-REARM then I rebooted the pc and I could enter my key product without problem. My windows is now activated and genuine.
