  You will need a computer that uses AFP (Apple Filing Protocol) to access from a remote location Time Capsule.  Windows 10 does not have this feature, so you will not be able to use the time Capsule to access from a remote location using a PC.

  The best way to solve this maybe just create a new user account, transfer your personal data to this account, and then delete the old account. Make sure that you perform the system restore after you did the new account and everything works fine. To purge the system restore, simply disable it then again.
