  You can remove the need for a power on password as follows.

  Shut down the laptop.  Now on TAP the ESC key as soon as you press the power button to access the start menu, then select f10 to open the Bios menu.  Use the arrows to select the Security tab and press ENTER.  Use the arrow keys again to highlight the power on password and press ENTER.  Enter the current password and then the new password, simply leave this blank and press on enter - do the same for the confirmation field.  Press f10, select this option to save the new settings and press to enter.

  Other than that, I recommend from this day forward, you manually open the memory stick (as I first loaded) and copy and paste the images on drag to a folder on your hard drive. Then again that upward on another drive or in a cloud like Microsoft OneDrive service, etc.

  Don't be fooled by letting them on the memory stick.

• Turning off secure boot

  I have a new HP computer office 110-210.  I try to get Ubuntu 14 to start.  As I understand it, the first step is to disable secure boot.  I can't do this:

  I rebooted the machine and smashed esc until the firmware menu.  Then I pressed F10 and then chose the security, then secure the Boot Configuration.  Then I tried to turn on the legacy and nothing worked and I could not find a way to disable secure boot.  It remains configured as disabled and active no matter what I do.

  I got it.  You must disable the num-Lock, and then use the right arrow key.  That it switches.

  I hit Esc repeatedly receive cycle power and get the menu starting with F1 = Sysinfo,...  F10 = BIOS, etc., but the computer ignores all every F button I press.

  Boots of Ctrl-Alt-Del for windows.

  Enter Boos to windows.

  Everything else is ignored

  I finally thought to it.  This computer requires OEM keyboard to access the BIOS.  F10 on my ergonomic keyboard should send a different code than the HP keyboard.

  The VPN server or peer receives the packet unencrypts he then sends it to the printer.

  The routing part works pretty all the only difference is that the package traverses encryped thruought Internet.

  I am trying to enjoy and to capture in a file of data entered on a PSC-HAVE-110 with a controller PSC-210.  I have a loop that makes a FP reading every 50ms.  The data file is updated every 50 ms, but the data does not change for each channel for > 1 second. ?? Why is this?  What is the maximum rate where I can acquire these 8 channels with my system?

  If I can't do that with this controller, would it be possible to run my program on the laptop instead and just returning the PNP for 50ms data?

  Thank you.  Is there a simular module to the PSC HAVE 110 I can use that will allow me faster updates?  Even with the channels all set to 500 hz, I can only update a.166 seconds.
