HP 13-4007na Specter: Specter 360 won't come from hibernation

Given that I've upgraded to windows 10 my unit won't come from hibernation.

The battery is fully charged and the power switch lights up very occasionally. Apart from this, the device seems to be dead!

Is there a procedure I use to wake up?

    I think you have to send in a redesign or if not under warranty.  If it is under warranty, call HP for service.

    Our officejet 6000 won't print from a computer on the network. All 3 computers running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium edition. The computer we have problems printing used to be able to print to the Officejet 6000, but now he can't.  In devices and printers, it says that the printer is connected, but I can't print a Test Page.  However, if I run the HP Solution Center, it says that the printer is connected and I can go to the Toolbox of the printer and print a printer status report.  The 2 other computers on our network have no problem printing of pages to document and test.  Why would a printer are struggling to print documents and test pages, but be able to print the printer status report?

    Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the whole 4h15m process, your BB should stay connected to a good charger (not the USB PC):

    1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
    2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
    3. Remove the battery
    4. Wait 15 minutes
    5. Insert the battery
    6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

    This has been known to "revive" some BBs.

    It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

    1. Get a known good and already fully charge battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
    2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

    The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem.

    I understand that you have recently purchased a x 360 spectrum and on the initial Setup, the screen flickered. You tried to research how to fix this problem, but found nothing useful.  You have decided to restart the laptop and now the screen is black, but flickering and the touchpad is not responding,

    First of all we should know if the CD rom drive can read any CD.
    Have you tried to read from the Windows OS CD? The operating system recognizes the CD inserted?

    If not, then possibly the ODD drive malfunctions and, therefore, it s not possible to start from the middle.

    Anyway, you can boo from the CD in different ways. First, you can press F12 and you will get a boot menu. There, you can choose bootable devices.
    In the second way, you can try to press the C key immediately after starting the laptop. This button starts the CD player.

    When you are connected to the charger, press the home and sleep/wake set buttons until you see the Apple logo and then release. This should reboot the device.
