HP 13 Stream: Stream of HP RAM

Hello..
I want to buy the flow, but before I do that I just have 2 questions.
1. the RAM is replaceable? 2 g 4 or 8
2 otherwise, how to properly perform the 2 G?
Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Jazmiin,

The Stream 13 HP laptop only comes with 2 GB of RAM DDR3L and it cannot be upgraded to 4 or 8 because the laptop supports 2 GB max for now them and it goes only with a single RAM slot.

In accordance with the objective of the laptop for which it was designed, 2 GB of RAM should be of Basel to cope without any problem.

Note: the high-end graphic gaming may not work correctly because this laptop is not designed for it.

Check the link for the specification of the HP 13 streams below:

  • HP Stream 14: Can I upgrade my flow 2 RAM 4 GB +?

My HP Stream goes a little slow sometimes, just with a few basic programs. Firefox, Task Manager, Adobe Flash, and Avast four programs are (usually) open at the same time, running 75-95% of my RAM constantly. 2 GB of RAM doesn't seem to cut it for me. I looked through the web, the official guides of HP and many more, to try to find out if this is possible, but I don't have a simple answer: Yes or no. Any help would be appreciated.

  • HD streams using AirPlay does not work

    Hello

For the last year I have spread my ipad on my apple 3rd tv HD content generation and everything is fine.

I recently bought apple tv 4th generation and now I can't stream the HD content, only the SD content.

When I try to broadcast HD to the apple TV 4 channel, the picture of freezes after a few seconds and only the audio continues.

Even HD content still works fine on apple tv 3, but not on 4.

No idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

    Thank you!

Hello. I assume you are using AirPlay of base (not mirroring) to stream content from a Web server. The new ATV 4 there exactly the same internet connection as ATV 3? In particular, it uses the same RAM DNS, VPN, etc. ?

  • Laptop HP Stream 13

    Hello community!

Is it possible to install additional RAM in this puny 2 GB of RAM included? I am almost out of space and deleted, fragmented, cleaned, washed, condensed everything that I possibly can.  Thanks for your help, people

    FOUNDED x. COX, PhD.

    Hello FOUNDED x. COX, PhD.

It would be useful that you also specify the specific model number of this laptop so we can better get the specifics of it.

If I understand you correctly, you are almost out of space (storage) and have condensed as many files as possible to free up the drive. Is this correct?

If so, it isn't RAM you need, this is the hard drive that is short on space. Most likely, none is upgradable on this type of system. The HP stream looks more like a tablet with a keyboard attached instead of a traditional laptop. Hard, hard drive (typeMEM ) is connected to the motherboard and not intended to be removed.  The RAM is also embedded type which is also hard wired. It is also why the flow is less expensive than a traditional laptop.

To free space, to store all of the files, docs, pictures, etc. on one SD card through the slot. The specs don't tell how large a SD card, it will allow, but it should not be a problem with the size you choose.

I hope that this clears up your question.

  • streaming videos are restless for Apple TV on iTunes

    My problem:

I don't know if it's a question of iTunes or apple tv, but I can't play all iTunes movies/tTV content from my library on my apple tv - this includes bought and I added to my library of files.  They appear as usual in my library on apple tv and start playing, but almost instantly freeze on the first few of the image frames (but the audio keeps playing fine).

So logic says maybe it's a network problem or a problem with apple tv?  Well no, I think I can exclude these two problems, because if I use the app "infuse" on my apple tv to view video files then play these absolutely perfect.  These video files are on the same external hard drive connected to the same Macmini, through the same ethernet connection cable to the same apple tv.  All the software Mac mini and apple tv are the latest versions.  that is infused app streaming works video, iTunes video streaming does not work?

So, by that logic-, it seems that the problem is with iTunes?  Everything worked fine, until recently - that, although there has been some minor updates for apple tv and iTunes, but I can't find anyone else having this problem when searching?  External hard drives are not full (full about half) and I have not changed the settings in iTunes/apple tv to justify the problems.  I tried as solutions try 720 instead of 1028 on the video size of apple tv with no difference.  Are there other video streaming settings I could try (on iTunes/quicktime - like I guess that is what iTunes uses?) or other things to try?

As always, I think that the more frustrating is that we were all works well for some time and also the fact that inspire the work - the fault find is a bit more focused, excluding some things.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    My configuration:

Latest AppleTv (latest version of the software) connected by ethernet to

Mac mini (16 GB of RAM) with storage of 2 TB network external hard drive multimedia class library.  (running latest OSX) and

management of the iTunes library of video files (the most recent version running)

If the 2 to grade ext hd is connected by network

then data are requested from the appletv to the mac mini and the mini mac then asked sin and the Sin begin to transfer data to the mac mini which retransmit to the appletv

If your network is not so great all transfers and then retransfer can take its toll on performance.

  • How to stream a video from Mac to iPad 2?

    Hi people,

I just recorded a performance continuously, which is two hours of time on my Mac (50 GB).  I want to watch it on my iPad and can't seem to get off less than 1 GB size (by the way, I can't understand how to copy a video to my Mac to the iPad).  So my last resort is to listen to, but then again, I don't know how to set up something like this.

I'm running a 2012 end Mac Mini with 12 GB of RAM and 740 GB fusion drive, OS X 10.11.4.  My iPad is an iPad running iOS 9.2.1 2.

Any helpful advice would be really appreciated.

    -Tod

For video streaming to your Mac via iTunes home sharing, the film should be in iTunes first.

    Then follow this procedure.

  • Excessive CPU usage during online streaming

    Hello!

First of all, let me tell you how great it is to have a support forum for my new laptop.

I have a couple of things that maybe someone knows a lot more than myself will not be able to help me with (I hope)

The first thing is (and the title of this thread):

CPU use excessive multimedia Youtube streaming while.

During playback of a standard video stream of You Tube, the processor in the Task Manager is erratic to say the least. The indicator CPU usage jumps upwards to 85%, and during playback, causing the stream to "stutter".

I use the latest versions of FireFox (17.0.1) and Adode Flash plug in (11.05 r502) even though I know You Tube will flow its media using HTML5, without the need for the Shockwave plugin.

    The second thing is:

    Slow system

I haven't used this laptop since I bought it new in July 2012. I recently needed to use and found that the entire system is extremely slow.

I haven't used internet on this computer until today. The software I used is media production tools. However, open the Control Panel, start remote system, using Windows Explorer, any task seems incredibly slow.

    The third thing is:

Start of this laptop seems to use about 1.2 GB of Washington.

If someone has any advice they could give me it would be much appreciated.

    Cheers, Dave

Nice that you share your experience with your laptop, but I will say a:
You take on the laptop but no one knows what model of laptop you have exactly.

    > CPU usage excessive while Youtube multimedia streaming.
    > During playback of a video stream standard You tube, the processor in the Task Manager is erratic to say the least. The indicator CPU usage jumps upwards to 85%, and during playback, causing the stream to "stutter".
    > I'm using the latest versions of FireFox (17.0.1) and Adode Flash plug in (11.05 r502) even though I know You Tube will flow its media using HTML5, without the need for the Shockwave plugin.

This happens because of the Forefox or the plug-in for the Forefox.
Maybe you should try another internet browser

How about new installation OS, system using CCleaner and disabling context is not necessary cleaning processes?
Processes that are running in the background may be checked in MSCONFIG disabled
But as this feature is recommended for advanced users only, you mustn't touch him without knowing what to do.

Do you think that this value is false, or maybe the operating system uses for a lot of RAM?

  • Laptop HP Stream - 11-d010wm: hp aid space of windows 10 laptop 11

while trying to download and upgrade to windows 10 I get stopped at Note enough space, its saying I need 5 GB of space. my RAM is 2 GB. is this to say that I can't get windows 10? or should I get an external hard drive?

    Valerie

First of all, you're confused memory with disk space.  The upgrade of Win10 must usually 20 GB of disk space, and that your laptop probably has only a 32 GB drive, he has nowhere close to enough space to do the upgrade.

Second, the 2 GB that you mention is system memory, which is totally independent to the disk space.

Personally I recommend strongly make the upgrade of Win10, as there is a LOT of work and even when it is done, the people are complained about later, not being able to apply cumulative updates, and there is a BIG out in early August!

    Hello

What is the product of your PC 11? Normally NO, you cannot upgrade RAM on your computer because your computer uses RAM memory which means that it is soldered to the motherboard as the following machine:

  • RT-target short-term memory when writing to the network stream

    Hey there,

I have a program that transfers data acquired from the FPGA to the host PC. RT - VI reads data from the FIFO DMA and writes it to a network stream (BlockDiagram.png).

Now, I am a phenomenon, that the RT-target load his RAM until it is full and accidents.

I have no idea why this happens, network flow buffer is empty, all the items are read by the host, and there is no table built by indexing or so.

Someone has an idea, how I can handle this?

    Best regards

    Hey there,

    I had the problem solved,

the problem was the buffer of the sender endpoint was too big. Unlike this problem: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/784CB8093AE30551862579AB0050C429, wasn't the growth of memory because dynamic memory allocation.

It is just the normal speed of the cRIO while allocating buffer. The sender buffer affecting many smaller, memory growth stops at a specific level (DSM2.png).

It is strange, this use of memory that grows slowly, despite the creation of the endpoint with preallouee buffer, so that its use dark quickly when the VI - enforcement stops...
