• I'm having problems to make one of the 3rd party fitness on my watch applications

  I'm having a lot of trouble getting my watch to load up one of the applications of 3rd party fitness. Apps for example Strava & Wahoo fitness...   I recently bought a new computer, when I run Windows Update there is a process called TrustedInstaller.exe, taking 100% of one of the cores for a very long time (> 20 minutes).

  I have vista 64 SP2 and all updates installed (took me over 3 days to complete).

  Also, when I try to install additional features of windows (for example. IIS) the same thing happens, trusteinstaller takes 100% of the base and install new features forever.

  I have not installed additional software so far is very little probable that a virus or spyware is the cause. When I'm not updating the an or install features of windows, the computer running quickly and the cpu load is not high at all.

  How long was the computer connected to the internet before you installed Avast?
