I use a Windows PC 10 with Airport Utility for Windows version 5.6.1 configure time Capsule. Here are the steps I followed:

  -Select the tab "wireless".

  -Radio mode - menu drop down select "802. 11A / n - 802. "11b / g ' (very intentional)

  -Radio channel selection - I select in the drop-down "manual."

  -Select "Update."

  The following steps can help (try again after each):

  • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > general > use > software update - remove any file update, if one is displayed.

  Is there a way (or will there be a way) to see tour distance and pace on the lookout for series 2? I want to set manual towers (or "segments") on trips and see my stats in real time, and not only in the application phone later. I've used this feature on my garmin all the time and it is very useful when the PACE work or attend training sessions. I also use strava, but I don't see either this function in their application.
