  I can't access my webpage "network folder Setup.

  I can access my page main printer very well using the IP of the printer.   I click on Scan up fine, I then click on "configuration of the network folder" and it tries to load and then goes to a screen "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

  He warned me the first time that he has been using HTTPS and I approved that.  I currently records on my printer set up awhile back and they work fine but must modify and add a little more.

  I tried multiple computers and devices with the same results.

  Found. This .reg file reinstalls Windows Installer missing and at least for my computer fixed the issue. Hope this helps you as well.

  2. at the command prompt, type the following and press ENTER after each line:
  MSIExec /Unregister
  MSIExec/regserver
  3. try to install or to uninstall again.
  Method 2:
  Try the following steps:
  1. click on the Start button, type cmd in the Search box or click on run, then type services.msc in the dialog (Windows XP or Windows Server 2003), and then press ENTER to open a command prompt window.
  2. at the command prompt, type MSIExec , and then press ENTER. If the MSI engine works, there should be no error message, and should open a separate dialog box. This shows the MSI version.
  3. If the version of the installer is not the 4.5 version, see the following article in the Knowledge Base Microsoft for more information and a link to download Windows install 4.5:

  Have you tried to install Win 8.1 on the SSD drive using the MBR instead of GPT partition system?

  To be honest, I m confused due to the error message; No hard drive found. Click on load a driver to provide a driver for installing mass storage.

  As far as I know you don t need to add additional drivers try to install Win 8.1.
  The system already contains the basic SATA drivers.

  So I guess there must be a problem between the Win 8.1 and the SSD drive or SSD partitions.

  As mentioned, try to remove the partitions and create a MBR partition then try to install the Win 8.1
  Also try MSC mode.

  I saw a suggestion in another forum that said to remove drivers Virgin Mobile via Add/Remove programs.
  Then, remove the Novatel directory in Program Files. They claimed that remove the directory was the key.

  Then add the drivers of Windows XP to return to the large map Strip MC760.
