hp 2311 XI is supported with macbook pro?

I brought the new monitor HP 2311 XI to connect with my MacBook Pro. I use DVI to HDMI connector, it only works on 720 p and resolution is not good.

I'll try to find drivers for Mac and I still see drivers for Windows only.

This view is supported on MAC?

Thanks for your help

Hello SSNSCS,

You want to connect you to an apple computer monitor.

Here is a link that shows how to connect the monitor to a computer, but he has this statement.

With the help of monitors HP on a Mac

HP monitors are not supported in a Mac environment. However, recent Macs use graphics with VESA modes and can display most of the HP LCD monitors. To do this, connect the monitor to the Mac, while the Mac is turned off and then turn on Mac. The monitor must operate at 60 Hz. The INF and software for the HP monitor are for Microsoft Windows and cannot be run in a standard MAC OS environment.

I would like to know how everything goes.

Nice day.

  • Cannot pair Sennheiser Momentum with MacBook Pro

    Hello

My retina of MacBook Pro (mid-2014) will not find my new Sennheiser Momentum Wireless M2 AEBT with its Bluetooth tool.

I don't speak of sound problems, the device simply will not be displayed in the list.

    Operating system is 10.10.5.

They work seamlessly with an iPhone 6 s well.

I could try to fix this? I bought it for use with my laptop, not with my phone...

I've tried resetting the NVRAM memory and also fully disconnect bluetooth on the phone, and then restart the helmet and try to connect to the Mac, without success.

I also opened a support ticket with Sennheiser. But this forum is sometimes more effective...

    Any ideas/suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

Hold the SHIFT key option and click on Bluetooth icon > debug > try a reset

If that does not start, try other options in the list

  • Is it possible to sync with Macbook Pro with the iMac at home? If so, how?

Most of the time, I need to exchange the data in my folder of documents between the iMac and Macbook Pro. I use a pen drive to do. I need to know if this Exchange is possible without the need of USB? both iMac and Macbook pro are on the same network.

    Verdier - saab

Yes - you can use a cloud like iCloud service or OneDrive who will be the reflection of your files - in other words - iCloud exists as folder on your devices as well as on the Apple servers. For files that work you on the MBP are synced with the Apple servers and also update on your iMac, when both machines are on and connected to the network - oh-you don't have to be connected to the same network - as long as the two devices are connected to the internet - the update will happen

I struggled to keep my gmail account synchronized through multiple devices. I mainly use iPhone and iMac and MacBook Pro from time to time. Everything I have read and/or deleted in a single device is not synchronized with the other. I have read several forums, but couldn't find a solution that could solve the problem.

  • 7525 HP: PRINTING ENVELOPES WITH MACBOOK PRO USING HP7525

I'm trying to print envelopes of invitation with my HP using MacBook Pro 7525.  I tried the main tray, but I get an error message about the Photo tray.  I'll cancel the print job, and then try the Photo tray, but the envelope comes out without printing.

    Thank you

If another program does not work, here are a few steps to try, in order:

    1. Mac OS X: how to reset the printing system
    2. Repair disk permissions
    3. Restart the Mac.
    4. Install the complete driver here: HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer full feature software and drivers
    5. In addition, to download this driver: HP v3.0 for OS X printer drivers

I have check the specifications of printers and A2 is a supported format.

    Good luck!

  • HP 4480 doesn't scan with MacBook Pro

I have a MacBook Pro, operating system OS X, with a HP deskjet 4480 printer hooked up via the USB port cannot scan... get a message "unknown error."

    Well Yes, that's the question.

Before you download the correct software, we'll uninstall the software wrong by using the "scrubber":

Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
    Click on continue
Highlight your device in the left pane
    Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Cmd keys on the keyboard at the same time as you click on uninstall< this="" is="" the="" scrubber="" option,="" there="" is="" no="" button="" labeled="">
There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
Click on continue and let it finish

    Restart your Mac

    Download and install this: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907

    Now reset the printing system:

    -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
-Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!

Finally, download and install the latest software for your printer from the "Support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

  • Connection to Smartphones blackBerry with macbook pro

I have upgraded to a BB Storm today and that you have installed the software on my Mac PocketMac. I then try to connect the BB to my Macbook Pro, but it comes up with this message: [01:34:13.208] unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); jump.

I looked on the website and recommended just to install a more recent version that you can download. I have it done but its still saying the same message. Read there are some probs in connection with the new MacBooks, but mine is more than a year now.

    Any ideas anyone?

Sorry, should have posted earlier. I solved the problem I had with the connection to my mac, is perhaps the same prob you meet. You must activate 'the mass storage mode support' and format the card media if you have one. Do this in the file on the bb and then its under 'memory '.

    I hope this helps!

  • Question about webcams with Macbook Pro 13-inch, mid 2010

Bear with me as I am the most fundamental basic Mac users. I am currently using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid 2010) with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 I don't use Skype or FaceTime or something like that. Recently, I joined an online course in which they said I need a webcam, headset and microphone so that I can communicate with my instructor and discussions in class.

I have really no idea what hardware inside is on my laptop. Is the built in camera something that could be used for this purpose? Or do I need to buy these separately three elements to make this work? And if yes, are you easy to install and can anyone recommend something good, but also low-cost as possible.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Your built in FaceTime, camera is sufficient. This is the idea. outdoor cameras are mostly a thing of the past. If the internal webcam is broken, an external is always an option repair vs.

You may need their proprietary software to connect to their course however

  • Strange intermittent problem with macbook pro

    Hey there ppl.

So, I have a Macbook Pro (15-inch, mid-2014, retina), processor i7 2.2 GHz, 16 GB of memory. Running OS X El Capitan.

My problem is a strange, because it is only intermittently. ID say like 10-15% of the time. But its very frustrating and annoying when it does and because I am working on my computer (poker), it's also costing me. in any case, the problem usually occurs after I've been using the computer for 1, 5-3 hours or more. Usually ill be playing poker online, listen to spotify and use of the internet for stuff randomly. Everything will be fine and then suddenly ill notice that my mouse cursor will be suddenly shot through the screen occasionally. as ill be goes well with the cursor but it'll jump to the left, a couple of inches or more. Also bad note that some of my habit of 'clicks' record, so ill use the calculator for example and badly want to press 543 and maybe 5 records, but when I go to click on the 4 it does not work, and ill have to like wait a second, then click New to register the click.

Also, if im typing something, as in poker, I have sometimes to take note of the way in which an opponent has played a helping hand or whatever, a letter or a space press custom register, so ill be typing a phrase and the space bar is and I'll have to press the key once the couple , then a letter will not register, etc.. Sound very disorienting and made it difficult to continue the task IM because it does not smoothly because of the LAG, unregistered, mouse jumping, etc.

IM really not sure of what the root of the problem and what it is. Ive has run the malware anti-malware bytes, but that has not solved the problem. Usually when that happens ill try to restart the computer, or stop and return back but generally the problem persists. Then, after some time, maybe 20 to 45 minutes or so, when I try to use the computer it works normally with any of these problems.

Very bizzare. Any help or insight is appreciated, let me know if you need more information

    Good afternoon brandonfrommililani,.

Thanks for letting us know about the problem you are having with your cursor jumps erratically on the screen of your MacBook Pro.  The resources below provides some initial troubleshooting steps, you can try at this address.  I suppose that you work with the trackpad on your MacBook Pro.  In addition to the steps suggested below, try to connect a wired mouse to your computer to exclude Wireless interference.

If your pointer is nervous when you use a trackpad, Magic Mouse or Magic Trackpad
