  I have the same problem, this product is incredibly slow.  The specification says that the memory is expandable up to 16 GB

  I can't locate a guide which will guide you in the process of replacing your system memory so that I've created in this post for you. Please just follow the instructions I provided (with photos) to replace your RAM.

  Removal of system memory

  Before you start: Remove the rear cover and the motherboard EMI shielding.

  

  

  Gently pull the fastening lever on each side of the SO-DIMM memory module.  The module will pop up in its socket on the motherboard.

  

  Remove the module from the plug.

  

  Replacement of system memory

  There is a small notch on one side of each memory SO-DIMM module that aligns with a small tab to each SO-DIMM socket on the motherboard.

  

  

  To replace a module of memory SO-DIMM, angle of the module about 30 degrees, engaging the notch in its socket tab.

  

  Push the module in place until the levers of fixing snap into position above the sides of the module.

  

  By using the information in my previous post, you should be able to find the necessary memory (RAM) and using this Guild, you should be able to install it.

  Our office got 2 new printers. I have a printer all-in-one of 5520 and it prints super slow. It will print a line and then wait for about 7 seconds and print another line and so on. It is connected by USB. Anyone know what may be the problem? We also have an Office Jet 8100 that does the same thing.  Thank you

  PSC2175 all in one is grinding to a halt. Very slow to print/copy anything.

  Use Trend Micro Internet Security 2009 which is scanned frequently.

  By giving the command to print (from say Internet or Word) I get message "printing" and then it just sits (flashing green Copy). After a minute, it can print a line... then expected and repeats.  Takes 10 minutes to print the document.

  Don't you have the slow print even if you make a copy?  If Yes, then the likely cause is a faulty cartridge.  If your printer supports printing in reserve mode you can remove the black cartridge and try to print a page (not), if this is normal, then replace the black cartridge and remove the color cartridge.  The cartridge that prints at the normal speed is OK, the other is a problem and needs to be replaced.
