HP care pack service

My JO 6500 quit of printing in black ink on 31/08/13. I have a 5 yr agreement Care Pack Service I bought directly from HP and Staples Fund. I called service Care Pack on 31/08/13 and was on the phone for 1.5 hrs and went through half of all my xl cartridges with do not fix a problem. Pack care number wasn't in the system and I had to send a copy of the contract and invoice in HP. was told I would get part and ink cartridges on 4/9-5 with a holiday delay. Called on the 9/5 and said rep has set SS # incorrect and warranty was void. Has given the correct serial number. REP put in 6 instead of a G. Called tonite for the 6th time and said if part wasn't here in 24-48 hours reminder (this is the second time I said that). My care pack worth anything and I was without a printer for 2 weeks. When I ask what I can do to speed up foreign voices repeating their previous verbage above. Can someone get to the bottom of this? It's absurd and VERY frustrating! What should I do?

    Without that person not seeing time in fact, you bought the contract which will be difficult to determine. You need to contact HP Carepack thereon.

  • HP ENVY laptop - 17-n152sa: HP Care pack

    Having owned an excellent and trouble free HP Envy 17-1050ef for the past 5 years, I decided to update to Windows 10, that I don't like... BUT I don't think that a laptop 5 year old was also compatible as they thought... I started to have a black screen when I put the laptop to sleep and open the lid to wake up, then it would be black on reboot that requires a restore... All solutions on the internet has failed...

    I decided to go back to Windows 7 but that Nice and well broken! So much for a deployment easy return... SO now a complete restoration must be made.

    I suspect that most of the questions read what I can find on the internet that all are related to upgrades to Windows 10 no new machines out of the box with Windows 10

    So Friday I bought another HP Envy, 17 - n152sa, which so far, I'm really pleased and it comes with WIndows 10 which hopefully, will be more reliable with WIndows 10...

    So I want to get a HP Care pack for a new one, can you point me in the right direction to buy one in the United Kingdom? I did a search, but so far I seem to be missing it Lol

  • HP care pack certificate print number.

    I received an e-mail from services hp care pack telling that your certificate of warranty or any other certificate is ready to be printed.  I am only able to view the certificate in android.the the "view certificates" button does not work when I click on it.

    I tried in 3 different brlwsers (chrome, ie, firefox)...

    Please hp solve this problem...

    When you click on the "show certificate", a pop-up window should appear to provide you with links to supporting documents.  Is it possible that a pop up Blocker prevents the display windows?

    I just bought a renewal for my HP Care Pack, and it was delivered only.

    I bought a HP Officejet Pro 8620 on 17/12/15 at a local retailer. I bought a 3 years Care Pack 20/12/15 HP online. I received the care package on 26/12/15 and went online to save it. By doing this, I got an error message: "(REG041garantie faible) the present material products can be verified." To complete your registration HP Care Pack, please contact HP and provide proof of purchase of equipment". "" 12/28/15 I faxed (to 541-715-5522) a copy of my Bill, a copy of the label from the printer box and a copy of the completed "HP Care Pack card registration. I expected to be notified by e-mail of the recording, but I got nothing from HP. A phone call from me would not help because they wanted "proof of purchase". Anyone know how can I know what is happening?

For this problem, that you que vous devez need to either call the phone number printed on the card registration of Care Pack or contact HP technical support.     It actually belongs to you. If you wish to prepare peace in mind and spare money you can buy pack of care for your equipment. Please read carefully all the terms on the papers or contract. It comes to some types of insurance.

    You can check if Windows you already have Service Pack 1 or 2 installed or not by going to the start menu, right-click on the icon and choosing Properties. Under the name of Windows, you will see the version of the Service Pack, if there is no information about it, it means that you have not installed.

    If you want to install Pack 2 for you Wervice Windoss Vista manually, you need to install Service Pack 1 first.

    No, it has not been resolved. I went to the Better Business Bureau, and HP response held that as long as the computer is considered to be repairable, they failed to replace it. Mind you, but to them it is repairable or not. After 9 months to give them a chance to repair and it still has not been repaired, I consider that it is irreparable. I use it for school and depend on it daily.  I failed the exams because of failures and freeze issues. The hard drive, bios, keyboard have been replaced. Support team of their technical support team as well as the technology of Norton, with my school support team, all agree that it is a computer problem, not a software problem. What else, after the many tests that they say it takes once AGAIN, should I continue to repeat several times ended before it is considered irreparable? To answer your question, no it has not been resolved and an HP case manager is extremely rude if you get that far by asking the customer support. They will tell you that the only reason why they talk to you is because you filed one has with the Better Business Bureau. Which leaves me to believe I really is not only important for them until they had my money, after that, the guarantee was not as it appeared. There is a law called bait advertising. I seriously think cela a form of that. Their warranty is misleading. It implements the issue of repair long enough out until the warranty runs out.

    I apologize in advance for not posting in the right advice, I don't know where to go for this.

    Thus on 24 August this year, I bought a product Care Pack (HP 1 year PW Pickup back want NB SVC, H370765164order number) on the HP site, but I still receive it by post. I checked with the Office of my apartment to make sure he has not mixed with the other mail, but they could not find. I received a confirmation e-mail and a product record e-mail afterwards, so I know that my payment has gone through and he was apparently shipped. I can provide the emails if required as proof of purchase or something like that.

    I guess my question is, is there a way to return my carepack information or maybe a way of searching CarePack serial number so that I can save it to my laptop? Otherwise, if I can't, does mean that my PC is unprotected and I fell $135?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    "Way back when" materials Care Pack came to us in the package mailed to us.

    In my own experience, Care Pack is now "delivery", in other words, you should receive an email that contains the necessary information about your purchase.

    Whatever it is, you can get it straightened out.

    This number might work - although the number of 'buy', it is likely that you may be transferred to the good service.

  • HP MFP M277 dw: scanned image is not horizontal

    Hello

    I have problems with scanning.

    The scanned image is not right, not horizontal, the image / lines slightly tilting. The right of a line that is slightly below the line on the left. Looks like the book was a little twisted, but it's not. The left and right margins are straight and vertical, but the lines is tilted slightly.

    This occurs regardless whether I put the paper on the glass or using the paper feeder.

    My MFP is almost new, and this problem has happened all the time.

    If you have not already done so, try setting "Calibrate" to help improve performance.

    The User Guideexplains the procedure on Page 121

    Calibrate the product in order to harmonize colors
    Calibration is a function of product that optimizes print quality.
    Follow these steps to solve the problems of quality of printing such as misaligned color, shadows, fuzzy graphics or other color print quality problems.
    1. on the product control panel, press the Setup button.

    2. open the following menus:
    ● System Configuration
    ● print quality
    Color calibration ●
    ● Calibrate now

    3. a calibration message appears on the control panel of the product. The calibration process takes a few minutes to complete. Do not turn off the product until the end of the calibration process.

    4 wait until the product is calibrated and then try to print again.

    If nothing helps, I suggest that you contact HP Support.

    Explain the problem and ask for options / help.
