  I think you need to delete the queue. For Windows, try it please:

  Hold down the Windows key and press R.
  from the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.
  If the computer asks you to Admin, you have to accept that,
  regarder watch down to the print spooler service, right-click and select Properties
  Click the Stop button,
  Go to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers
  delete the job inside this folder
  restart the machine.

  If I understand correctly, you configure the scan to network folder and despite your efforts, shared folder information is brings not accepted. • scanned image will not clear

  HP 6515. We've scanned a photo, now, the image appears as a background image whenever something is printed. I have reset to factory default, recycled power (& Yes the photo is no longer) in the printer to scan the area.

  I use Windows XP.  We lost a lot of ink & its maddening!  Thanks Andrew

  Andrew, it's an interesting question... I would recommend a reinstall.

  First remove the software from the computer through programs and features, printers and faxes, and Device Manager. If you use a USB cord disconnect it first (and let disconnect you). Then, restart the computer.

  appears when you try to save in a folder as a PDF or any other format.

  Ironically, if I'm going by sending to the printer and then save to PDF it works!

  I checked and I'm using 4.2.2 with El Capitan HP driver software

  Any thoughts?

  The application from HP for your printer is not compatible with El Capitan, so the output files incorrectly recorded.

  In the Hewlett-Packard folder move HP Scan to the trash and empty it.

• LaserJet m276n mfp 200pro: ADF scanning not scanning the whole page

  I'm trying to scan documents using the car charger, but only about 2/3 of the width and 2/3 of the length of each page are analyzed.  I am scanning through the scanning on windows 10 application and selecting the option auto charger.  I tried selecting the scan to the all-in-one computer option rom device but given that we first installed the device last year it was still frozen and analyzed by this method.  Scanning from the tray works fine and it scan the entire page.

  What is the type/size of paper that you use for scanning in the ADF?

• Not scanned image the same size as the original

  Scanned images of a doc of legal size seem to be reproduced on images of legal size. When printing, the print space is 60% or the printed page, while the original doc was so full page. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

  The default action is to just scan the document in without letting you look at your scan settings. I would say "the Interface of the Native Scanner see the" setting under "Custom Scan".  File > create a PDF from a Scanner > custom scan

  Click on the radio button to select "native interface of the scanner Show", then OK to confirm.

  When you click Scan in custom scan, you can then preview, set the size and then analyze using your own scanner software.

  

• Color Laserjet MFP M277DW Pro: scan to pdf corrupted

  I use Nitro PDF, and every time that I scan to PDF it is said the first page was damaged and has been repaired.   But it is empty, no content on page 1. This will happen if I use the shipper of record or the screen.  I just bought a new laptop, and there was this problem on my old laptop as well.  Scan to JPEG works but then have to take the extra step to convert the JPEG to PDF and it's a hassle.  Why the first page is always corrupt?

  Try to install it starting from the following link, then try to scan the image:

  Now try to open the file with Nitro PDF, if the same persists check if you can see a difference with Adobe Reader.

  I understand that there is no drivers for your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw on Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra. I am pleased to see that for you!

  You are right that there are currently no drivers available at this time. In the meantime, I suggest trying the rest of this guide, of install a printer Mac driver by using Apple Software Updateand then try using the Apple Image Capture.

  Otherwise, all we can do is wait for the drivers and software provision, or plan to use an older version of Mac OS X.

• MFP M277: Cannot install printer (USB)

  I try to install the new MFP M277 peripheral to a desktop via a USB connection. I tried different ports, tried to restart, tried several times, turned off the FW and AV - without success. HP Print and Scan doctor does not see the printer no matter what I do.

  The installer runs for 20 minutes and then "expire" with the following message is displayed:

  I noticed your post on the "fatal error" you see during the installation of your LaserJet M277 on your Windows 7 system, and I wanted to tender hand.

  When you click on the plus sign on the error message is that all of the information it provides?

  Because you can not install the printer using the USB connection, it seems to have some problems with the operating system on this computer. Did you back up your data and perform a full system recovery?

• enlarging scanned images

  My wife is the construction of a photo book - I have scanned in about 30 photos of all sizes, but at 600 dpi - I then imported in my Photos app - how to enlarge them as 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 and then insert them into my book of project?

  What size are the original photos? What are the dimensions in pixels of the scanned photos? What exactly is the problem? What you do and what does not work?

  Remember that we can not see you if you provide all the relevant details and the info from workflow

  The more general answer is to place the photo in a 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 in the book photo frame - digital images are not sized in inches, only in pixels - thumbs coming when you print them

  I have a HP Photosmart Premium series - C309g all-in-one machine. This machine worked well.

  Print is good.

  Copy is good.

  But now I have some analysis of the issues, probably due to an update of the OS.

  Problem: Preview of the scanned image is good, but what saving image--> the image is black with horizontal lines.

  I rumaged through the forums and you have not yet found a solution to my specific machine.

• HP 6510 - areas shaded on scanned images

  When I scan an image or document using a HP 6510 scanned images are dark and shaded areas along the vertical edges of the completed scans. The cover is closed all the way and the shadows are not part of the original image/document. What could cause this problem and how to fix it?

  I have scanned hundreds of images with a C5280 printer/scanner and never had any problems with it. Since I bought the 6510, I didn't have problems with it, it's a true lemon IMO. Does anyone know if HP is planning a recall on this model?

  Resolved: The problem proved to be the scanner cover. It allows a small amount of light to enter along the edge of the hinge. After you verify that the lid has been correctly installed (tabs of hinge in place and the lid placed correctly in addition to glass) I found that putting something, like a book or my hand on top of the lid while the machine is scanning has solved the problem.
