  I have a HP Compaq 8200 Elite Ultra Slim PC running windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I did a fresh install of windows with all the drivers and software, everything works very well next to network adapter, when I start my computer, I see a red x on the icon in the taskbar Ethernet, so I have to go to Device Manager and disable, enable Ethernet controller to make it work, and after doing activate deactivate it works fine but if I restart the system and then the same question It does not load/ethernet adapter network at startup. I'm stuck for the last 4 days, installed reinstalled windows 8 x 86, 64-bit, win 7 x 86, 64-bit. Update bios to J01 V2.25.  all the drivers are updated to the HP website, please. The system is in warranty, but I lost all documents related to the warranty etc. Any help is very appreciated,

• 32-bit installation of Windows 7 on HP Elite 8200 Ultra Slim 64-bit

  Hi, I have big Windows 7 32 bit installation issues on our HP Elite 8200 Ultra Slim A2K41ET of 64-bit PC.

  The mediums of recovery are all for 64-bit

  We are a school using RM CC4 that installs Windows 7 32 bits for all client systems. Our server system does not accept the 32-bit driver for HP, so I was unable to deploy Windows 7 on our new HP Elite 8200.

  I really need the 32-bit driver, including the .ini to add to our file generation software, but I couldn't find it on the HP website. It provides only exe installers which come with many files of different driver for different operating systems and CPU architecutres.

  Otherwise, I was going to install a copy of vanilla Windows 7 32 bit to the HP system, but when the Windows Installer starts, he says that it is impossible to find the necessary drivers, but it does not say what he needs!

  Any help and suggestions would be greatly aprecaited.

  No driver is required to install Windows Vista or Windows 7 on a HP Elite 8200 desktop computer business.

  You use a real MS W7 x 86 installation disc, or the one you burned the ISO file download yourself?

  If you get the DVD, then you have one of two problems...

  1. you do not have the complete file download, even if it says "Download complete" (check the size of the file on your DVD against the size of the Digital River file when you start the download).

  2. you do not burn the ISO at the slowest possible speed that you have leading to the PC with the DVD playback problems.

  If you continue to have problems installing via DVD, use the installation of USB flash (you need a 4 GB flash drive) by following the instructions below:

  Download the MS of W7 USB installation tool and read the instructions on the page to use.

  You may also make this mod as I did if the flash tool-error.

  Download the bootsect file form http://www.everettsporting.com/bootsect.zip

  You will need to go into Control Panel, select display large icons, go to the icon of folder options, view tab, and select the hidden files and folders option.

  Once downloaded, copy the BootSect.exe file in the same folder that contains the file of Windows7-USB-DVD-Download - Tool.exe installed. This file in Windows 7's default installation directory is C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps\Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool\

  Run the application from the Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool as described on the Microsoft Store website. The end result will give you a boot USB flash drive that contains everything you need to install the 64 bit version of Windows 7.

  In the User Guide, in the section of list of equipment control, it says "Ultra Slim Bay weight Saver (is included with some models)". And since I got a case Ultra Slim Bay (which is also included in some models), logically, it would also come with the weight of the day before. Because, when I take off my DVD player to place in the case of the Ultra Slim Bay, there is a gaping hole left in the laptop where the DVD player used to be. It is not sensible that Toshiba did not provide weight saver, it don't...?

  I m not a Portege M700 owner but I think Akuma's right. The dummy DVD Don comes only with models without DVD player, I think.

  I found an and it seems that the HARD drive adapter Bay selectable PA3408U-1ETC is the right!

  I have two questions that maybe someone could help me with regard to computer HP Compaq 7600 Ultra Slim (Base).

  Quesition 1: motherboard has three locations of memory instead of 4, this means that memory can only be improved to 3 s gig? I am currentlly have three 512 memory chips for altogether 1.5 Gig, but I want to upgrade to the maxi I think it is 4 GB. (I had tried to use gig two chips and 512, 1 but they didn't work because the 1 GB have been 6400's.)

  Question 2: I tried different ways to install a PCI-E video card but I do not see how it fits. The rear panel has a scsi interface in the PCI riser card. I removed the SCSI card, but no matter how I tried, I don't see how to hold the card. Any body is not picture on how it must be inserted?

  I bought the G2 HP Ultra Slim 2013 and Zbook 15u and I have a Microsoft Arc Mouse and Logitech Illuminated wireless wired keyboard, something that I try to plug the Dock I get power overflow error, even if I try and the use of the computer laptop ports moored, I talked to Technical Support and done all the options they have suggested (driver/Firmware updates / scan of the hard drive and they are still puzzled and don't have) not solve the problem, the poweer pack is a 65 Watt that comes with the Dock use Lenovo for the years which have 120/90/185 watts and have never seen this error, do you feel the power supply can't handle ports and a laptop?  Since then, this has been a problem and I can not even use USB drives

  I got a new Slim Dock 2013 here for a Folio, we ordered and tried it out and surprisingly it worked fine, I have all my devices connected with no problem, the newer model G2 has the connector side which is Slim, 2013 (http://www.hp.com/hpinfo/newsroom/press_kits/2015/2015CES/Zbook15u.pdf) I appricate the help, it ends up being a bad dock that will soon be replaced.

  This is why I suggested that you manually install the driver if the automatic installation method does not work.

  Certainly this is the driver you need, and there is no version of Windows 7 from this one.

  I gave this driver to dozens of members of the forum and it worked for them in W7, W8, and W8.1.

  I am also sad to announce that, for some members of the forum for a reason you can that will allow the driver to install and to do this, I don't know why the same driver runs on the same computer for some and not for others.

  Here's a partial copy and paste the contents of the driver installation information file.  As you can see, the hardware ID you posted is supported by this driver.

  If you don't know how to manually install a driver, here's how...

  Go to Device Manager and click on the controller Comms Simple IBOS who need pilots.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.  Select her browse my computer for driver software option and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

  This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp34743.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and I hope that the driver will be installed.

  If this does not work, then the only other suggestion I can offer is to try the driver directly from Intel.
