  We just put a HP Envy 5530, set up was fine, I tried installing but get the message "cannot find printer" over and over again.

  I tried to download printing HP and Scan doctor but also, it does not find the printer.

  I ran two reports of diagnoses on the printer, everything looks ok, I have an IP address with an IP address that suggest that it has connected wirelessely, the network report said no problems were discovered.

  I tried disabling my firewall, all made once again, still nothing.

  I put the IP address in the address bar, but it does not open!

  I don't seem to have a printer/USB cable witht the printer so I can't tey wireless - I one of them, it was a new purchase?

  I don't really have an idea what to do next, it seems I have a printer connected to the network, your laptop to talk to the network but nothing to talk with each other. I also tried to find the printer with my IPad, but he also could not find a printer.

  Any ideas, im really frustrated

  (c) touch Restore Factory Defaults - wait a few minutes

  2 reinstall the printer

  (a) you can use the CD, but it will download the file and may take ages to download. Please download the software and the following drivers

  Thanks for the papers, they provided a response, even if it isn't one, you'll like...

  You can run diagnostics on your hard drive.  The failure occurred while we were nothing more than loading in image memory from RAM to the Virtual Machine of the disk (from the file .vmem that goes along with the .vmss file), when suddenly everything stopped for 13 seconds, and then the machine virtual 'peers', died in a way that suggests very strongly that we had a patch of defective disc in the .vmem file.  We have not actually "running" of the virtual machine, we were just preparations foregoing.

  I would expect you might find errors to disk at this time (2012-05-16 21:21:04) reported in the newspapers of the host system: check in Applications > utilities > Consoleand watch Diagnostics opens a session, for example.

  It seems that this virtual machine is stored on the internal of your host drive (and not on an external drive).  If that were to happen on my Mac, I'll make sure extra I had good backups of critical data on this host drive (note that do not rely on the Time Machine to save a Virtual Machine), and then I would test the disc by running Apple Hardware Test and/or TechTool and finally disk first aid utility option.

• On Windows XP, I can't install Service pack 3. Keep saying cannot find the specified file and install shut-off valves

  I have re-uploaded service Pack3, about 3 times, each time in the middle of the installation, it gives a message with no error saying number cannot find specified file and stop the installation, I tried to do this with the firewall disabled, and even with the antivirus disabled.
