  Your ad is quite confusing. A lot of software that you mentioned in your ad has nothing to do with Toshiba, including office Microsoft, Yahoo and iTunes. I imagine that you install also.
  Player doesn't have to be updated if everything works well. I have iTunes installed on my computer and from time to tie, I also have information about some updates but I simply ignore it.

  Yes! This is a good way to replace the Firefox program files without disturbing your settings:

  Clean reinstall it

  We use this name, but it isn't about deleting your settings, this is to ensure that the program, files are clean (not incompatible, corrupt or exotic code files). As described below, this process does not disrupt your existing settings. Don't uninstall NOT Firefox, that does not need.

  (1) download a fresh Installer for Firefox 39.0 of https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ in an ideal location. (Scroll down your preferred language).

  (2) close Firefox (if applicable).

  (3) to rename the program folder, either:

  (Windows 64-bit folder names)

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

  A test print was printed by the doctor HP printing and scanning, which proves the connection is there but just not when I try to print documents

  2. How do you have the printer connected to the computer?

  3. you have your printer is connected to your network (Internet)? If so, how (wireless, wired, usb)?
