  I understand your question. This feature was not available in Premiere Pro CS6. The audio sync is a feature of first Pro CC and later. Sorry about that. You can get the functionality if you subscribe to creative cloud.

  If you have not changed the video card that you purchased your computer, you can visit the Dell Web site and use the service tag to determine the video card.

  In addition, you can locate the type of video card you have by the following text:

  -Click Start

  -Type Device Manager into the start menu search box, press enter

  -Develop graphics cards

  You must also obtain the appropriate driver from the Dell Web site and update your video card.

  You can, and it can work properly.  All certified disk includes the risk of bad contact with the controller.  So, the answer is 'yes', but at your own risk.  Dell will also help you solve the problems of storage without certified readers, so if you go credits/retail, get ready to make your own troubleshooting - or be able to make experts if necessary.
