• I can't turn on the Wifi, Satellite L40 - 18Z

  I use Satellite L40 - 18Z but I can not turn on Wifi.

  I am very sure that peripheral lla is installed another property and I tried a few ways to turn on the Wifi device but never turned on. Of course, never caught the signal. Rooter has no problem either.

  Manager says Deveice peripheral island works another property. And the driver is correctly installed. But I can't turn on parameter of network or windows Mobility Center.

  My friend who got Satellite and he asked me for Windows 7 install on. I installed everything, including the value added package. Wifi drivers are OK, the card is installed. Problem is, I can not connect to my wifi at home, said wifi is disabled but the FN-8 get only module bluetooth to turn!

  I bought my laptop a few months ago, but I noticed the problem recently, when I tried to connect to internet wireless for the first time (until now I used connect the cable to the House).

  When I try to turn it on WE the Wi - Fi by pressing the function key (second near the button to turn on / off PC), it fades just 2 seconds then it shines again but nothing happens (nothing changes on indicators before or in the system). Note - I also noticed now that the other function buttons also do not work, exepct the Volume +/-.

  I've als tried to trun on combo of Fn + F8, but no matter how many times I press it - nothing changes. Note: all other Fn keys work.

  Then finally, I was looking for a way to activate it in the system, but I always get to the point when they ask to me "to activate THE wireless network, use before side switch your PC or if it's possible, function keys. And that's the exact message I get when I am trying to solve the problem through Windows. And when I go into the properties of the (Broadcom 802.11n) wireless card everything seems fine.

  So my question is - if the problem is in the buttons function sortware/material/settings? or it's something with the wireless card? or maybe something else?
  I have trieid to redefine the function with Toshiba Software keys help, but I don't understand how to do it-Description / Option / Patn / button name -?

  Hmmmm... on my Satellite A660, everything works perfectly.

  What you can try is to remove Toshiba Value Package added the system and after install latest reboot laptop Toshiba support and download page > http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com

• Can't turn on the WiFi on the Tungsten C

  After a struggle with Hotsync under Vista (I still did not resolve yet) my Palm Tungsten C wireless not connect to my network home. I did a hard reset and restore all the data. It seems to work very well. But still no WiFi. I tried to put back the settings network and WiFi, but when I activate WiFi on IT it automatically and immediately turns off. the green light does not illuminate as well.

  Looking at Wi - Fi information screen, it turns out that the addess of the network is zero all: 00:00:00:00:00:00.

  What can I do?

  It has been reported several times before for more users to BrightHand.com.  It seems to be a failure of the Wifi card.

• HP Envy model 700-200Z: DVD player for 16A ESH -.

  Since the upgrade to Windows 10 generic Microsoft driver for the DVD drive (dated 2006) is not enough for my DVD drive to be recognized by my system, that's why I find myself with a player who's GOING to answer, but does not burn and will play only prerecorded CD and DVD.  Nobody seems to know how to get the driver for the system.  Any help anyone can offer is certainly appreciated, my information system, please let me know if I missed anything.

  Unfortunately, there is no HP Win10 driver for your device. HP is not no matter what timetable indicating when, or IF, they will produce drivers for older machines.
