HP Extended Service Plan pop for Windows Vista

I can't stop this pop up on a user account. I can stop it on the administrator account. Task Scheduler does not run on the user account, it says I don't have permission, even if I act as an Administrator. There is a program to fix this problem, .mcupdate but the download files have been corrupted. This problem occurred after I had to do a complete reinstall. The pop up will then appear online or offline. The task manager can stop the pop up, but it appears again if the computer is restarted. The pop up is configured to appear every 30 min. change the trigger has not contributed so far.

Edescape

I had some other problems with the computer and I finally made another reinstall from the partition on the hard drive. I then upgraded to windows and then offered an update from HP. Install the updates in this order before proceeding to other updates or installations of the program gave me a stable computer without worries.
