It seems that you have very good technical knowledge and you know that you cannot do much without exact schematic manual. Unfortunately, maintenance manuals is not the public act and I'm really skeptical, you'll be able to find it somewhere.

  In your case, it may be just power supply electronics issue. What you can do is check the eBay from time to time and try to get the new motherboard.
