  Problem 1: Having so much trouble to get the app I can't see or open the App Store on my ipad 2, and it won't allow me to d/l or update of any application. I use iOS iPad 2 already updated 9.2.   Same question, very exasperating.  I noticed one thing was that if you delete the account and start over, shared folders are there, at least initially.  If you leave the app and come back later, they are gone.  I suspect that a prefix is stored in the application state that prevents later shared folders to be seen.  I noticed that other applications also have problems, see the shared folders, including by aircraft and shipping, though.  I really liked having access to those from before this update - difficulty please!

  I don't have any brilliant ideas for why the application cannot see the file. (and even more strange that my recollection is that, before I deleted the directory, he saw a small subset of the files in the directory)

  Thanks for providing the file. Since Android does not natively support the .mov, try the next method to use your file in the Clip. Download .mov on your creative cloud. You can then import your file into Clip via 'my files '. This worked for me on a few devices, but failed on others who will investigate on I.
