  M50D-A-10Z satellite was equipped with a 8106E LAN Realtek chip.
  I guess you can get the network driver directly from the page of the Realtek driver.

  Given that the laptop was equipped with the AMD/ATI graphics chip, chipset driver was part of the package of graphics card driver. Probably the ATI graphics card driver installation should solve the problem of the USB too.
  The Toshiba page pilot EU provides special AMD USB drivers to win 8 and 8.1 Win. Have you tried to install the Win 8 driver on Win 7 system? It would be interesting to know that this driver would be compatible.

I also installed every single driver and the patch on the Toshiba site. I literally ran out of drivers to install (before someone directs me to the page pilots!).

  Please don't be crazy about me, but you're the next who cannot understand that there is no USB 2.0 drivers and that you will not find it anywhere. If you check the document instructions facilities with a full list of things that need to be installed did you find the USB 2.0 drivers.

  I don't know what problem you have, but for the installation of the OS use Windows XP Home with SP2 integrated only. After doing this install all the stuff following this order of installations. When you install the right chipset driver all USB ports should work. Any substance is available on the Toshiba download page.

  With Docking Station, you can connect all the cables for printer, keyboard and mouse, adapter directly to the charging station.

  So whenever you use a laptop, you have just dock the laptop on the docking station and not need to re connect all cables again.

  This will help you when you move frequently with the laptop.

  Have you tried to update the currently installed driver in Device Manager?

  Have you tried to use the Assistant de Support HP to bring all pilots that need to update?

  I installed Windows 7 64 bit on my newly purchased HP 15-d051em and on the hp support site I found all the drivers and installed except for the chipset. When the installation is completed it shows me a warning sign that the driver is not compatible with the operating system (this is for the USB 3.0 driver), even if all the other pilots, and they're all for Win 7 64 bit. When I try to install any other suggested chipset driver it gives me another warning that my computer does not meet the minimum requirements so that it can be properly installed.

  I tried to look on the Intel site, but their site does not acknowledge what chipset is on your laptop. I also installed all updates latest Win and tried by Manager devices to update the driver, but also without success. Although in the Device Manager, I see drivers are bad, it's the encryption/decryption PCI controller Bus controller series universal (USB).

  Please help if anyone knows what else I could try.
