  Dear members,

  I work in a small research laboratory and we are facing problems with our printer. First, it started with a broken cartridge lock lever. I have read that some service manuals HP for this printer, but the procedure on how to exchange the lever has been described not here. So I just removed some screws and, unfortunately, the MDA has opened.

  We repaired the broken lever sought more manual and found out how the MDA should look like and how to align the gears next to the MDA. We reassembled the MDA, aligned everything and reassembled the printer.

  However, after a full calibration, 54,17 it occurs (problem with cyan toner level detector). If you ignore the calibration, the printer comes ready state and display correctly the toner of the fill levels.

  It prints colors black and yellow, magenta is misaligned and it prints cyan only a little.

  I checked the controller DC PCA and cleaned even the Assembly/scanner laser with compressed air. The 54,17 error still occurs.

  You have an idea for me? It would be great.

  Our printer is up and running again! There was actually a problem with the MDA which could not be seen from outside.

• HP 4650n: Printer Color Laser Jet 4650 error 59.90

  Problem with HP 4650n:

  I tried to print 10 copies out of a single file and the printer came back with a 'storage job status page' error of "unable to keep the jobs in the printer message.  The States of the solution to remove some files from the disc the disc prior to referral of job.  The printer was not my default printer when printing.

  I then looked at the screen on the printer and it says printer error 59.90.  The solution is to turn on/off the computer.  I tried this solution but to no success and I can print is nothing more.

  This computer has been sitting in the corner of the office and has not been used for years.  I'm bringing it back to life; is this possible?

• HP Color Laser Jet MFP M177fw Pro - Scanner Error 22

  I get the same Scanner Error 22 on the Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M177fw like many others have posted.  Tried uninstalling\reinstalling the software and tried the most common loading drivers but Scanner error prevented this piece of finish.  Support and I was told we would have to pay $49.95 for them to help us solve the problem.  We just bought this printer 5 weeks ago.  Is this all we can try?

  Thank you for your response. This solution does not solve my problem. HP customer service had travelled me several tests (took about 20-25 minutes total) but ended up sending me a replacement printer. It arrived within two days and so far, the replacement works great. HP has also paid to have the original shipped in return. The process was fairly hassle.

  We will change a setting in the print driver that should take care of that.

  • Go to start, devices and printers, click with the right button on the icon of the printer and Printer preferences, click to the left
  • Click the Advanced tab.
  • Click on the + sign next to the document options.
  • Click on the + sign next to the characteristics of the printer.
  • Click printer data optimization, make optimized for text & vector instead of auto.

  

  If the problem persists, please update the firmware of the printer. Drivers HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw.

  Select your operating system, click Next and click on the software to download and install.

  A.Eteignez the power supply using the power switch and then wait at least 30 seconds.

  b on the power and waiting for the product to be initialized.

  power off the printer.

  c.Plug the product directly into the wall outlet and turn the product market.

  If you still see the same error on the screen, you can call 888 447 0078 ext 336 for the United States and Canada for a call of guarantee as mentioned that the controller DC PCB Assembly needs to be replaced

  Light orange error on my Laser Jet 1320 PCL5 is constantly lit, while the two green lights flash underneath. Pressing the green button does not help.

  I checked for paper jamming, paper etc. tray problems. Nothing has been found.

  My printer to PC Board information tells me that my printer is "Ready!"

  Hello. I have a Laser Jet P1102w, which I had set up to print wireless before and had difficulty. So in the integrated Web (EWS) of the printer server I set up with an IP address manually and subsequently he fiine. Then my ISP sent a different router that I have implemented. Unfortunately I did change the IP address manually on my printer to the integrated Web server, first of all. Oops!

  In any case, I reinstalled the printer using the original HP DVD installation disc and also downloaded all updates firmware and HP Scan and print doctor. But it will not complete the wireless installation, I get an error message: "the printer has been able to connect to the network wireless using the wireless identification information.  However, this computer is unable to communicate with the printer.  Please check printer is on the same network as the computer and try again. »

  I am able to print a page of Self Test/Configuration of the printer which shows the old manual IP address that I had put in the SAP. Of course this IP address will not bring up the SAP any longer so I can't change it to manual. Config page shows also that my printer is on the new network, as it's my computer. I think that printing held back by not being able to connect with the new router from this router is an IP address anywhere near manual that I put on the printer (if necessary).

  I saw in the other responses to requests for similar information that I can get rid of the IP address manually, if I do a factory reset. Except that I do not know how. P1102 w doesn't have a 'control panel', just the wireless button and another "X" button - the one who insisted to get the Configuration Page. Press together does not reset anything.

  Can you tell my how to do a reset to the factory settings? Or think of another way, I can get into EWS printer so I can fix this? Or another solution?  Thank you!

  Hi, me again. I managed to reset the printer by following these steps: 1. get off the printer. 2. press and hold pressed the buttons 'X' and wireless at the same time and then press the power button. 3. always held the X and the buttons wireless for a total of about 15 seconds to push at the start. Then released.

  I have been using my 177fw Laser Jet Pro MFP on a Mac 10.10 for awhile.  Print, fax & scaning all worked.  I can scan is no longer.  I get the message "the scanner has not completed analysis" (there may be another message before that but it crushed until I read.).

  I use a USB cable for the connection.

  On August 31 I got HP Printer Software Update Verson 5.  What is my problem?

  I noticed your post about how you can't scan with your MFP HP Laserjet Pro 177fw on your Mac. And I'm happy to discuss this issue scan for you!

  To confirm that the hardware of the printer is functional, you are able to make a copy with the glass of the scanner of the printer?

  To copy:

  1. load the document on the scanner glass according to the indicators on the product.

  2. close the scanner.

  3. on the product control panel, press the button number of Copies.

  4. Select the number of copies.

  5. press the black start copy button or the button color launch copy to start copying.

  Let me know if it works, or if you see another error message.

  If the copy works, then try the steps described in this guide, Scanner USB connection is lost (Mac).

• Laser Jet MFP M127fw Pro: Windows 10 Upgrade causing failure print

  Installed Windows 10 free update of Windows 8 - everything is going well until an automatic upgrade on August 13, 2015.

  Since the 8/13 patch (?), the Laser Jet Pro MFP M127fw spool print jobs, but do not go to the printer.

  Removed and reinstalled HP provided the CD with the same results.

  Test print at the end of installation OK.

  When you try to print from Outlook 2003, Windows 10 returned two error messages

  It said printer error state.

  Other says something about outbind failure.

  Same feeling of failure for Adobe 11.0.12.

  Word and Excel also

  Name of the default printer in Windows print Manger is:

  HP LaserJet MFP M127-M128 PCLmS Pro.

  HP "AUTOFIND PRODCUTS" set ID's of this printer as:

  Installed an AVAILABLE to update the printer driver.

  Not until the 'WITHDRAWAL of POWER' to restart.

  Everything looks OK now.

  I have this HP laser jet 2015 printer has stopped printing. When I select print nothing happens. He institutionalized will display if I restart the printer, but little else. In the printer dialog box it says the printer is off line/not connected.

  Given that the error does not match the enumerated grounds, I would recommend a trainer as the probable cause.

  There was to be a common problem where the lights of the jam and Toner would come strong which would always be a faulty formatter, but since you say there is no other light on so I'm just picking the most likely suspect.

  He might want to simulate "Cooking" the trainer for the P2015.

• HP Color Laser Jet CP1215: print - guard 'book light' flashing - printer stops charging of paper does not alter

  Hello!

  For about a week, I have the following problem with my HP Color Laser Jet CP1215: after 2-3 pages of printing, the device stops abruptly in the middle of a job and the light number 5 (paper) continues at the flashing light.

  However, the bin is full with paper.

  Ignitions and extinctions help only for another 2-3 pages, then printing will stop again as described above.

  Is there maybe a photoelectric cell that needs to be cleaned or a mechanical part that gives the status of bad paper from the paper tray to the printer?

  I can see how frustrating it would be. To determine the cause, we need to use more than one document. Redundant that some steps may seem, I would execute all.

  Please, try the steps in this these guides:

  • HP Laserjet CP1215 and printers CP1217 - 'paper ' Error Message is displayed and the printer does not look upward or feeding paper.
  • The Paper Jam flashing on HP Color LaserJet CP1215, CP1217 printer.

  If the problem persists, try a hard reset:

  • Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.
  • Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  I bought a HP Laser Jet Pro (MFP M225dw) and am very excited about the mobile printing option. I downloaded the HP EPrint App on my smartphone (Samsung Note 4) and have successfully my gmail and hotmail accounts related.

  However, I have problems linking my Go Daddy account.

  As per a post on the forum of 2014, I have connected my Go Daddy via Outlook account, used the host name: imap.secureserver.net and Port: 143, SSL: WE. The account "seems" to link; However, when I click on my email Go Daddy Outlook icon, it brings back me permanently to the home screen, (the one that says "Photos, files, Web, Email") such that I'm never able to access really my Go Daddy email account.

  * No error message

  * Bluetooth off

  * 5.1.1 android

  * I have Norton Mobile on my phone

  * Looked at my Go Daddy security settings - no "two-step verification" or "allow the less trustworthy access apps to the ' questions

  Also, I see that this app is not able to print the body of an email; is there a way where information such as details such as email/recipient of the sender of transmission time, electronic mail may be included in the print job?

  I see that you have some problems with your Go Daddy email account settings enter the HP ePrint app. For more assistance, your best option would be to contact Go Daddy directly to check all the parameters of the post that you found are correct. Some e-mail clients change their settings often so that I wouldn't be surprised if the info you found is now outdated.

  Printing subject lines and headers, it is not possible to print. The reason is because many users are trying to print photos or documents. In the current situation, if a user were to send an email empty then the only thing that could print would be the attachment. This prevents clients a sheet of paper and the Ink/toner used to print.

  If you have the printer print senders and subject lines you can do so by having the sender to include in the body of the email. Another alternative is to set up an email address which is the sole purpose is to forward emails to the email address of the printer. This way if it is configured to include the information in the body so you will have those printed on the page. Also, this gives the advantage of having a backup of email messages sent to the address of the ePrint printer and if something should happen to the ePrint address, you can change the forwarding address that the email and no one would never know there was a problem.

• 1536 dnf laser jet installation issue

  I recently bought a laser jet 1536 dnf for my office.  When I try to install the machine with the driver supplied and downloaded on the website of hp, I can 99 percent, a long wait, and an error message.  I managed to install the machine by using the generic driver of hp Windows 7, but the scan does not work.  Can anyone help?  I found another person with this problem, but it doesn't have a solution either.  Thank you.

  For me, the problem was related to HP Universal print driver installed on the system. (WinXP x 86)

  1 remove the HP Universal print drivers, reboot and run the installation. (not the option I used because I need Uni of HP driver for other printers on the network)

  or

  2. during the installation process when the system detects and installs the printer I noticed that he installed the HP Universal driver.

  At this point, I left 1536dnf install process

  Open Device Manager

  clicked on display and display devices

  printers expanded

  Right click on the HP Universal driver

  clicked on put updated driver

  you click on no, not right now

  Install the printer from the list

  Click on don't search, I will choose driver

  Choose the HP LAserJet M1530 MFP PCL6 driver

  WinXP installed this driver and 1536 HP install process is completed without problems.
