  I appreciate the answers to this question, but I wasn't able to try them. My situation has become a matter of time. Because I had a recent upward, I just reformat the disk (SSD) and reinstalled the operating system from scratch. Then found that I need to backup and was on my way. After installation then again, of course things were behind many updates. I have just let sit overnight and the next day all updates were completed successfully.

  The info about BIT was deposited in my account information.

  I managed to install all the drivers for it, except one. When I try to print on a cd/dvd, I get the message "thedriver of printer EPSON The dealing with CD printing is not installed".   If I understand your message, you have deleted the preinstalled Toshiba OS and installed a clean Win 7 OS in this notebook. Right?
  This means that all drivers must be installed after the installation of Windows.
  In some cases the Win 7 use standard Microsoft drivers that are part of the operating system and some devices may be recognized automatically, but in most cases you will need to install the correct drivers.

  Than other cell phones use the same chip as C650 LAN card? I doubt not all laptops use the same LAN chip, which means that different driver must be installed.
