  You can use both options to restore the factory settings! ;)

  The only small difference is that HARD drive recovery options wipes, only the first partition of your HARD disk and the recovery of the whole HARD disk drive Toshiba that s all!

  Go to Device Manager and look at the list of devices it.

  Is there a device listed in the Device Manager, labeled as a network controller?

  If so, this is the wireless card that need to install the driver.
