  OK... so the site has a driver for this device, the driver for the CARD.  Nothing for the graphics. audio, usb, hard drive, chipset... nothing I'm hoping that someone has drivers for this small unit.

  You will need the CD/DVD for system recovery and enforcement and the CD Driver provided with your system AND an external USB CD/DVD drive. You cannot perform a recovery directly from the hard drive like most other systems.

  If you do not have the recovery discs, you may be able to order them from HP.

• SERIAL NUMBER NOT FOUND ERROR

  I have a mini 1151nr of hp... I bought at Verizon... About 6 months after purchase, I had to drop it to have the motherboard replaced / while it was under warranty.  When she came back to me everything worked as before, but I noticed that MS Works was not installed on it.

  I kept the laptop, use it with work, but I recently ordered the restore disks - I had no problem with the computer - but I used works of MS disk and installed the program.  After installation of the program and the computer restarted, instead of the usual startup with HP logo - the computer starts by displaying the Compaq logo and a red message that says - no serial number found... and the computer does not display the serial number or the computer model number.  I tried to restore the computer to factory settings, as well as the upgrade of the bios of the computer / upgrade the computer to WIndows 7... and I keep getting the same message to start the computer.

  I have no other problems with the computer... everything works great... but I get the error message...
