  See if there are updated drivers available. Start http://www.epson.com/ and then work your way to the drivers & support > your model.

  However, given the age of the printer, if there are drivers available, they cannot provide all the features that were available in XP updated.

  I have a situation similar as some features of the tool for my HP 2575 (levels of ink, for one) who worked under XP do not work on Vista, even with updated drivers.

  Please specify when you follow these steps, click the Windows icon, click all programs , click HP, click the folder for your HP product, then click the icon for your HP product and the product software, double-click estimated ink levels. You can't see the correct ink levels

  The HP Setup disk to install a Toolbox utility to manage the printer.

  In the control panel select print a Test Page. The 3rd section down is the estimated ink levels.

  Do NOT use cartridges 3rd party reused, keep genuine HP cartridges.

  Follow the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the printer.

  1. open Control Panel

  2. click on uninstall a program

  3 uninstall the Photosmart 6510 in the list

  4 restart your computer

  5. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  6 download the drivers and full software functionality, and then reinstall the printer.

  In what is becoming a more common infuriatingly, my printer problem blocking upward by feeding paper. When I clear the paper, the document in the queue of the printer (, or however spell you) is stuck, it will not clear, even after restarting the computer, and it will not be finished printing.   @ CoolBreeze202 - I'm sorry that you are having this problem with the ink cartridges and the ink expiration error message.  You can try to clean the contacts on the cartridge and the contacts inside the machine to ensure that built up on the parts are not the source of the error message. Pages 163 and 164 of the user manual will show a manual cleanup process.

  I would also do a hard reset to the printer to try to clear the error message and return the printer to a known working state. No user settings are lost with a hard reset.  Here is a link that will show you how to do a hard reset on this machine.

  You can also check with the manufacturer of game for any version upgrade of this game, which could be compatible with windows7.
