HP Officejet Pro 6830: HP Officejet Pro 6830 - update Windows 10

I have several devices in my house (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.). They all run on different OS from Windows Vista to Windows 8.1. Recently, Microsoft offers the Windows 10 upgrade free. I bought a new all-in-one printer for my home network. It works very well with all my devices with the exception of a laptop that I had already installed the Windows 10 update on. I guess I should not install more updates until the problem is resolved. HP will release a compatible update for Windows 10? If so, when?

You may be able to use the Deskjet 9800 or 990c Deskjet drivers. You can install them as follows:

  1. In your search type in printers bar and open devices and printers.
  2. Click Add a printer.
  3. When you get to the screen asking you to select a driver, select HP on the left.
  4. Find the Deskjet 9800 or the Deskjet 990c printer driver from the list.
  5. Continue to follow the guests to add to the queue.

Please let me know if that solves your problems.

  • Color Laser Jet MFP M277dw Pro: frequently updated software

I am the owner of a color Laser Jet MFP M277dw Pro. I get updates almost every week, and the software update is very strange. I'm clicking on the update system, it takes a lot of time to meet up with the text saying I'll remove the actual update or add another device. When I say no, thanks, I'll get a message saying that my update was successful (but only if I have to cancel this message). I don't understand why I have to go through this illogical question. Also, I don't understand why it is not necessary to update very frequently, especially when there is no explanation of the reason why.

The two just exclamation points annoy me because I think that there must be a problem with the software, even if the printer works well.

  • Can I downgrade my Satellite Pro P200 for Windows XP?

    Hello

I bought my Satellite Pro P200 (PSPB7E) a week ago and I love it. I have an unused XP license, so I would like to downgrade.

Is this problem? I don't see xp for a Chicony webcam drivers or the HD-DVD player.
I'd really appreciate some feedback. There must be someone out there who has tried to do.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello

Of course you can downgrade the satellite Pro P200 for Windows XP.

When installing XP, you need to install the Intel Storage Manager. It is a SATA driver that is needed to activate the HARD disk.

    Regarding the webcam driver.
I checked the page European driver of Toshiba and the Chicony webcam driver is certainly available.

The HD DVD driver is not necessary because the Windows XP must use an own ODD driver.

    See you soon

The foregoing notwithstanding, and since you neglected to install an antivirus application...

Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows.  Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) won't fix this!

Should I turn off my Anti virus software is what could be stopping my updates? some sites would sugest that I use Kaspersky 2012, if that's the case, then why do all my other programs that are installed to date OK?

    Hello

Check your level of service current pack...

    • Hold down the Windows (between Ctrl and Alt) key and press Pause break
    • Examine what is listed in the system: section

If there is no service pack designated first level you must download SP2 from...

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=28

.. .and then run the downloaded program to install SP2.

Once you have done this, or if you were already in service pack 1, 1a or 2, then install SP3 by downloading and running from...

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=24

For both of the above, you can ignore the text that says it's for network installations and also ignore the text advising windows/microsoft update if a single update of a PC.

So try and get up-to-date with the Windows updates.
