  If the driver is correctly installed, you will see both

  At this point, I would say we have all the drivers for your computer on Windows 8.1. I would like to have you go to the drivers page from PC Desktop HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23 - f217c all-in-one and start with the Chipset drivers. Once they are installed you should re - install ALL drivers for your computer.

  If the above does not work, we will have to back up, recover your computer to factory settings, run ALL the HP and Windows updates and try again Windows 8.1 update. To save your personal information and ensure it is not lost, I would like you to look at and follow the steps in the HP Support document: backup of files (Windows 8), who will be your personal files are up to date.
  
  CAVEAT! If you want to keep the e-mails or bookmarks/favorites that you want to save them as I do not think they are saved in the backup HP process.

  The basic 23-f450z A6 model - 6400 k would have the GPU Radeon HD 8470D is integrated in the CPU chip.  If the model you choose is configured as the A8-6500 AMD processor, then would be the Radeon HD 8570D.

  I recently installed a Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB SSD and Win 7 Ultimate (64 bit) on my computer laptop Pavilion dv6-7002AX (* NOTE *-purchased in Australia) and most of the time it went well.   I'm more of a guy of Windows 7, so I just completely removed Windows 8 and installed Windows 7.

  The problem I have is that almost all drivers fail to install with an error message such as:

  "the computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.

  The strange thing is that I download the drivers through the official HP - Pavilion 15-p018sv Page for Windows x 64 drivers, but they won't install it always.

  Any ideas what's happening? I'm so disappointed...

  This is a technical director of the machine so very little information we can find. He uses this means you can use any standard SATA HDD SATA. If you want to buy the original size and the brand, you can order from HP, or any computer store.

  My suggestion: a WD SATA II 750 GB at 7200 RPM should work fine.

  I have a HP Pavilion dv6 notebook PC. About 6 months ago, I broke the screen. About 2 months after that, however, the drivers stopped working. Starting now, I can't) 1 use the internet 2) connect to any USB 3) heard no sound and 4) can not connect internet cord to connect. I haven't tried the software update, but no internet connection means no updates. So I am confused and don't know what to do. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

  the best option and pomp that you have is to buy a recovery disc and bring back your computer settings to its factory configuration.

  all drivers must be installed on your computer, but you will lose the information that ever you added in your computer, unless, of course, if you back them up.

  Thank you all for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. It's a great site for information and questions. I looked at your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook and starting problems.  If you have replaced the motherboard and it is always the case - it isn't the graphics as graphics are attached to the motherboard. Here is a link to computer will not start.  I start at the top and work my way down.

  Mine has been corrected with the relocation of the HARD drive. Others must have fixed with just reinstalling the memory. Here is a video that shows you how do to remove and reinstall the HARD drive and memory.

  Note Remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

  You can Reset the BIOS with this document by selecting the reload the default BIOS settings. Helping others it restores the default settings.

  I hope something here helps anyone of you difficulty the laptop.

  If the instructions above did not work, and that you create your HP recovery media when you first set up your computer, please contact the official support of HP in your region / country, via the HP portal to support all over the world, to see if the HP recovery support is available for your computer.

  Alternatively, if you can still read the Windows product key of 25 characters on the COA Microsoft attached to your computer, you can install Windows 7 Home Premium using this key. Please see "how to install Windows 7 without the disc" to get instructions on how to download Windows 7, create the installation media and install Windows 7 using the product key 25 character of the COA Microsoft on your computer. This method will not install HP customizations or value-added software and you will have to manually install all drivers from the page of Entertainment Notebook PC drivers HP Pavilion dv6-6c65sx.
