  Serious PC recently suffered delays a few days after a format and fresh install, CPU spikes at 100%. Especially watch the video and You Tube, but also a few internet broswering. No maleware, spyware or virus. Went through various things to solve the problem without success.

  Then I did a format and a new facility. At this point, the only difference with the previous install I've not updated the PC via windows update and the problem disappeared.

  Obviously for security updates are required, but there are about 130 updates installed. Is there a way to identify the update was the cause of the problem without having to install an update at a time. What updates are most important.

If you have an amazon account, you can go there and download it program of music and then buy the songs, or if you have an account log Msn on that range from music and then I think that you need to download a program by them I don't know, but do any of them. :)
