  • Windows live mail does not connect to internet

Windows live mail does not connect to the internet, keeps telling me that I'm working in offline mode, and then does not connect when there is a link.

Try to check the setting of Internet Explorer offline.  It just open IE, press alt to display the menu bar, then click on file and make sure that 'Work offline' at the bottom is not checked.

Also just good habit, make sure that you are on the latest version of the application by downloading the package at http://get.live.com.

  • HP Pavilion dv6t-7000 computer laptop with windows 7. Can not connect.

Have a HP laptop with windows 7 and I can't login.  When I try to log in with my password, permanently, I get the message "the user profile service has no logon. The user cannot be loaded. "What can I do?

    Hello

The first thing I would suggest to try is the following.

Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

I'm upgrading to a computer running XP on a Windows 7 computer.  I have all the wires and cables connected and in the correct places, but now with Windows 7 computer, I get a message that I am not connected to the internet.

I unplugged the computer Windows 7, rehooked the XP computer and everything works fine and connects to the internet.

See p. 55 of repair here for 'how to' and the list of compatible wireless cards:

You cannot use those for Intel models then this is the best available compatible element:

Let us know if you need more information. If you don't have Bluetooth, this module will add it so you would need to remove the card you have, insert it and get ready to load both wi - fi and bluetooth drivers Broadcom when prompted. The best would be to have these loans of the drivers on a USB key. After the back if you need links.

  • Windows Media Player does not connect to internet online.

As a result, I am unable to find any Info for any CD. It works very well but has stopped working some time last year.

First, please try to clear temporary Internet files and the Internet Explorer Cookies.

If this does not help, temporarily disable your software firewall and check if the Find album info works then. This could be a third-party firewall, like Symantec, or the built-in Windows Firewall.
