Need help on how to solve my problem about installing graphics drivers for my laptop. I replaced my HARD drive today since the hardware problems encountered an original and I was not able to recover all the files of it. I have download all the drivers from the HP site and it installed without any problem until I arrive at SP61152 (Intel HD Graphic Driver). When installing this error message has occurred (this computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install this software).  Also, I can't find the AMD Catalyst Control Center that I have used before when tweaking performance for my applications. Hope someone from HP can help solve this problem. Thank you.

With your model, the pilot only you should install is the pilot of graphics from AMD which installs the drivers for the graphics of the Intel and AMD that has your laptop.

recently installed a new hard drive and reinstalled the operating system from scratch.

When attempting to install the driver for the audio device, named as "Audio device on high definition Bus" I'm an abupt with a blue screen stop referring to * RltekAUD.sys* * (hot flashes too fast to get the entire message.)

Before you install the new hard drive, the system worked well.  I tried the fix suggested by HP, 4 different realtek drivers.

I tried to install in safe mode, which installs without error, but no sound, and regualr mode restarts, causes the blue screen with the error above.

I disconnected an additional device and can't seem to get my sound.

Anyone else having a similar problem?  Fix known?

It was an exhausting fix.  However, a problem that seems prevalent with machines of OS that came with Vista, but got XP installed on them.

The problem is resolved: that is the solution and the method.

First, I tried to reinstall the operating system and installing the drivers in a different order.  -WORK

I reinstalled the operating system and tried to install the driver in safe mode, partial correction, pilot would install, but would not start in standard mode - WORK NO

Downloaded and tried 5 Realtek driver different solutions all the way from rolling back or front - WORK NO

    Found this in another forum:

Log in to regedit, search for "bus auu", delete all entries

delete "" busMicrosoft UAA HD audio driver " since the Device Manager"

    Restart in safe mode

install the version 2.02 driver realtek

    Restart in safe mode

  • Reinstalled XP Pro, lack of drivers for the broadband connection

I just reinstalled Windows XP Professional on a Dell Latitude D505.  Ethernet controller drivers are not installed (Code 28), and I don't know how to reinstall.

The CD I have is the operating system reinstall CD.  I don't know what to search online to find a downloadable driver and cannot connect to the internet on the Dell.

The location of the Ethernet controller is bus PCI 1, device 8, function 0.  Device type is other devices, and the manufacturer is unknown.

If life was as simple as that!   gboanna, you're going to need more, much more, than just the drivers of NIC (NIC) after a fresh Windows XP installed!  (I consider that you do not have the CD Drivers and Utilities described in the Dell Latitude D505 system information Guide ?)  Your sound works?  Which video driver is the Device Manager say Windows XP help?  (I bet it's generic!)  Do you want to really use the drivers Dell provides before using anything Windows (and Windows Update) selects...

You're going to need all the drivers for embedded devices, Intel® chipset utility, lack of Dell applications, utilities, updates, etc. available on the Dell support site.

To really move things along, you can go here , enter your Dell service tag and discover your specifications and then know what drivers you need. (You can navigate from there to the drivers and download page and start the download.)

Otherwise, you'll have to go to the more general support of Dell Latitude D505 page (accessible by selecting 'portable', 'Latitude' and "D505"), and then selecting fifteen (15!) different NETWORK card drivers.  BTW, I think that the network connector RJ-45 at the rear of the Latitude D505 is a driver Intel® PRO/100 VE Network Connection , as it is the only unshielded driver pair (AKA RJ-45) Ethernet twisted in the list.  Be sure to download and install only the drivers, etc. you need.  I'm sure you don't have that fourteen wireless network cards, you can choose from!  Write back if you need more information!  Good luck!

  • Computer want drivers for an 'unknown device' s ' Please help!

I have a Pavilion e9120y pc Edition Vista Home Premium, 64 bit, I bought almost 3 weeks ago and it has been one thing after another!

These days whenever I turn on the computer, I get a message that I need drivers.  I click OK, it looks at and then tells me that it cannot find.  I don't know what the drivers are for.   I looked in Device Manager and there is a list for other devices - unknown device. This info is given:

General-location-AGERE OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller

This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
There is no driver selected for the item or a set of device information.
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click on reinstall.

    Hardware ID 1394\30E0 & 484944

    Numbers of compatible ID 1394\30E0 & 484944

    1394\30E0 & 48

    Physical object name \Device\00000077 device

I don't know what all this means that the computer has no idea what it is.  Connected to the computer: (all are "working properly")

HP Photosmart D7560: my book external hard drive Bamboo Fun Tablet mouse and keyboard supplied with the computer monitor, HPw2338h

How will I know what I have to do.  The last installation has the printer.  The messages came after that, but I don't know if it's a coincidence.  The printer works (it's quite loud!).

I have to go in the registry to change something so that I can open files zip without the Internet Explorer to become crazy, but I did not yet then I know that I do not spoil anything here.

I'd appreciate any help that anyone can give.

Sorry, 'box' means laptop. Just a tech note. my bad. Yes, what you have connected to the firewire port is not install a generic update via windows. Contact the hardware for a pilot manufacturing

  • Windows cannot load the drivers for the network device, Code 31

A few days ago, my computer was working very slow... I turned off twice and he turned his back.  The letters on the screen were enormous when windows restarts.  I turned off and did a diagnostic system before windows starts and everything was fine.  The computer is restarted my network cards were missing.  I get the error: this device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers for this device. (CODE 31).  (Module Aetheros 802.11 a/b/g/n dualband wireless network and Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller).

I have downloaded device drivers (windows could not find them on my system) using a laptop and copied computer on a disc.  I tried to install and I got an error message indicating that windows has failed.  I did a system restore to a point a few days before I started having problems.  Windows cannot successfully go back to the restore point.  I spoke with a technology computer and HP tech.  HP technology seems to think that windows is damaged and I need to remove and reinstall it on my computer.  I spoke with computer technology in my area, and he seems to think that my hard drive has failed, however I can still run photoshop and backup my system.

Does anyone have any ideas before I m computer local tech.  3 year warranty just expired February 1, 2011.  Don't you know.

    Hi TeresaPacy,

    1. don't try to install new software or hardware on your computer recently?

You try to run a SFC scan to check the corrupted system files.

You can read the following article to launch the SFC scan:

You need these drivers in the order that you posted the devices...

    Base system device:

This package contains the driver that allows JMicron card reader in the notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader allows users to read or write to removable storage cards supported, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players and cell phones.

    File name: sp52809.exe

This package contains the Broadcom bluetooth driver and software for the laptop models running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 driver is required to activate the bluetooth 4.0 Broadcom devices and is compatible with Broadcom bluetooth 3.0 and earlier versions.

    File name: sp54245.exe

    Ethernet controller:

This package provides the driver Atheros local area network (LAN) that allows the chip of the Interface network (NIC) Atheros card in the notebook models that are running an operating system supported.

    File name: sp53699.exe

    Network controller:

This package contains drivers for the Broadcom Wireless LAN Server supported in models cards mobile supported and operating systems.

    File name: sp57965.exe

    Unknown device:

This package provides the HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection software (HP 3D Driveguard) for the laptop models running a supported operating system. • Pavilion DV6 A3D64PA #UUF: lack of drivers

Can you please help me find these missing drivers?

    Thank you!

You need both of the standard vga adapter driver:

This package provides the AMD graphics driver high definition (HD) and Catalyst Control Center for models of laptop computers that are running an operating system supported. For laptops equipped with switchable graphics modes, this package contains the drivers for the two graphics (GPU). Switchable graphics allow users to switch between a graphical power mode (normally used under the power of the battery) and a mode of graphics performance. If the video output high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

    File name: sp55092.exe

You probably need these drivers for unknown devices:

This will install HP 3D DriveGuard, which offers protection for internal laptop disk drive if the computer accidentally falls or suddenly hits another object. This package is available on mobile phones supported with supported operating systems.

    File name: sp53462.exe

This package contains the driver that allows the validity fingerprint sensor in the notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The fingerprint sensor analyzes fingerprints for use with biometric security applications.

    File name: sp56169.exe

Because there may be one of the 3 controllers usb 3 model of your laptop, I need you to send hardware ID for the USB controller so I can understand what the 3 pilot listed who he needs...

To find the hardware ID, go to the Device Manager and click on the USB controller needing drivers.  Then click on the Details tab in the upper part of the window of the USB controller.

Now you should see another property of drop-down list and it will be default Description of the appliance.

On this list and select the second element (Hardware ID).

After the first string of characters you see in the window.
